Rainford Dental Surgery

Had two extractions,upper and lower teeth a week apart performed by Mr SadeghAnsari. A most efficient and painless process that only took a few minutes . An excellent dentist who I heartily recommend. All the staff at the practice are pleasant and caring, the appointments were on time . All in all an excellent practice with excellent professional staff that I would highly recommend to any one.

I came to the surgery after having put off dental care because of a bad experience at my previous dentist. The staff were all very patient and caring from the initial emails I wrote asking questions to the actual visits. I'm happy to say that I've had my dental issues sorted out and I'm really glad I switched to them. It's nice to have a dental practice that cares. The whole staff has been awesome. Honestly I can't say enough good things about my experience and that's after having an extraction.The rest of my family have switched as well and all seem happier with the care they are getting from Dr. Hanif and the rest of the staff. My mother in law was particularly impressed by how lovely Karlo is.

Not everybody enjoys a visit to the dentist, but whenever my husband or I visit Rainford Dental Surgery, the staff are always so friendly, caring and helpful. The care and treatment I have received over the years from Dr Simon Wakefield, and more recently from Dr Sadegh Ansari, have been first class (and painless!). My recent appointment was with Sadegh and he removed an old filling and fitted a temporary crown. All aspects of my procedure including costs were explained thoroughly. He is so kind and reassuring and always aware of my comfort and that I was OK at all times during my treatment. Sadegh and the staff at Rainford (Karlo and Leah) certainly make a dental experience a lot more pleasant than you may expect and it gives me a great deal of pleasure to recommend this excellent practice.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Rainford Dental Surgery. I can confidently state that Dr Hanif is the best dentist I have ever had treatment from. She carried out several painless procedures and at all times ensured that I was OK. She has a pleasant, relaxed manner and her sense of humour and her values align closely with my own. I have now become a member of this practice.

The visit started with a warm and personable welcome from Carlo at reception followed by the gentle, efficient and informative treatment from Simon, our dentist, whose thorough and professional approach makes the whole experience both comfortable and reassuring. He is ably assist by Leah throughout the proceedings and her pleasant and friendly nature stays with us as we exit the surgery.This particular visit to the dentist today was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist could be! I had slight toothache and as we are travelling to India soon I thought I should have it checked out. I got an appointment three days after I contacted the surgery. Shakeela took two x- rays which confirmed she could see no issues which could cause me problems. As a precaution she suggested I should take antibiotics with me.Once again excellent service from Shakeela and her staff.

Efficient as always. Shakila puts you at ease and keeps you informed at all times during the treatment. She is happy to explain the treatment before she starts and checks frequently during the treatment to make sure you are okay. Very happy, apart from the numb mouth! Ha Ha
