Friendly staff, happy to ensure that I know exactly what work is going to be carried out and what was done. Regularly updated throughout my stay.Would’ve like to have coffee/tea making facilities available in the waiting area.Also, would have liked to be actively encouraged to visit the 4 showrooms on site so I could view my potential next car.

I spoke to Robin Bliss in the Hyundai dealership. He was very friendly and answered all of my (silly) questions as I had never purchased a new car or PCP before. He had a good knowledge of the car and could show me all the features I asked about. I felt comfortable buying from him and I really love our car.

Recently purchased a brand new Renault Clio from Otis at Motorvogue in Bedford and he couldn’t have been anymore helpful - from the minute I ordered the car he constantly kept me updated and was very efficient in getting everything done. The vehicle also arrived much earlier than I expected so that was a bonus too! I’m really impressed with the car and it’s quite an upgrade from the previous Clio model I owned, which was also purchased from the team at Motorvogue, Bedford. 12/10 service by Otis, I’d highly recommend!

I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Motorvogue Bedford and the sales staff and the service dept were indeed very helpful on everything. However I have had a problem for a year almost and it's for the recalls. I am waiting for the recall work to be carried out on two issues .I have been put off by Motorvogue for almost a year now ,first it was no parts available for one of the issues,the second issue I have no idea why it has not been done yet,I guess they want to do both at the same time. I have now been told they don't have a tool to do the coolant job ,this is the work I am most concerned about,I find it very hard to believe or understand why a main dealer who services and sells Hyundai vehicles does not have the tools to do a job that is very important and urgent and I quote we are going to borrow the tool from another dealership unquote

We were looking to purchase a new car within a limited time period.Motorvogue Bedford had a car in stock that suited our needs and arranged for us to test drive a similar model.Dennis the salesperson took us on a test drive route near the Motorvogue showroom that was ideal, as it was similar to the route that we will be doing each day. Considering we are not familiar with the area, the showroom is ideally positioned to provide a stress-free test drive route, with junctions / roundabouts / slip-roads that are not too busy.Having not driven an automatic in years, Dennis was very patient whilst we asked questions to make sure we were comfortable with the controls before heading out on the test drive. On pick-up day, having not owned a Hyundai before, Dennis also sat in the car with us to make make sure that we had been able to connect to the infotainment system and answered questions about the numerous safety alerts and packages (especially as the model we had test driven had fewer features).We had already looked at finance options and costs on the Hyundai website. This is very well set out and so we knew what model we wanted and what optional extras ahead of contacting any showrooms to ask about availability.After signing the initial order form and before leaving the showroom, I made sure that I was fully aware of the steps that would happen during the purchase process up to the day of collection. This included what would be required to be completed by us as the customer before the pick-up date, as well as what paperwork we would expect to receive from Motorvogue. Motorvogue Bedford were able to accommodate us in organising the paperwork in time to meet our preferred collection date.I did call the showroom once between order and collection to check that everything was in place for the day of collection, as there had been a delay of a few days for when I was expecting to receive some of the paperwork. However, this was minor, as the sales manager had called me on the day we had signed the initial order to confirm that the initial agreement was in place and so there should not be any issue in meeting the required collection date.All in all, the sales team at Motorvogue were friendly and courteous, were able to fully meet our requirements and we are delighted with our purchase.
