Exceptional food and decent size portions. The seven of us had different dishes and every one was a winner. The staff were very helpful and friendly - to quite a rare level tbh!Nice local beers on tap too.

Wow !! Been coming to the fleece for lunch since moving to the area and it has always been amazing , but today I had the best meal I have eaten it was outstanding visually and every mouth full was incredible.So thanks again fleece for one of the best meals I’ve had In years .Complements to the chef and also the staff who are always amazing .

Desperate for a meal we came upon The Fleece at Bungay. What a find, terrific atmosphere, great staff and the best meal we have had in UK on our visit from Australia. Loved the Snug!

We went to the Fleece Inn for a Sunday lunch. The food was really good and beautifully presented. The beef was really well cooked was served with a lot of different vegetables and of course a yorkshire pudding and roasted potatoes.The staff was attentive and friendly, and made us feel welcome. All in all a really pleasant visit and good value for money!

Four of us had a lovely meal here. Proper gastro pub dining. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was quick and efficient and the food was excellent. I had the beef short rib and it was very tasty. We had a dog with us who was very at home with many other dogs around

Been in today and had a wonderful meal from the lunch menu. Very substantial meal, had the suffolk smokes fish dish the taste was brilliant and the chip were amazing!! The missus had the chicken sandwich and loved that as well. Highly recommend by both of us.

Won’t return. Ordered fish and chips. Fish was not fresh. It was mushy. Told the waiting staff and nothing was done about it. Some of my skin on chips had eyes in them, the tartar sauce had way too much onion in it and is still repeating on me. The stingy portion of mushy peas served in a ramekin were extremely bland. Desserts are very expensive at £8 each.Won’t return and do not recommend
