I have visited the foodhall a few days ago and I was very impressed. As a vegan there were also many choices which were cruelty free. I have found The Vegan chocolatier also and tasted the chili lime , passion fruit and rose raspberry and they were amazing

First time eating in the Food Hall area. My grandson wanted something to eat from a different food vendor and they allowed us all to eat at their establishment on the condition we purchased food from them. We had a light lunch which was tasty. The staff were very accommodating. And we bumped into Mo Gilligan the comedian whilst shopping

Outstanding customer service!I called in advance (and last minute) to ask if they would have my food item available and if they could pack it aside for me if they did. Not only did they do just that but the lovely lady who answered at the concierge was so helpful, she went twice to the bakery to make sure we both had the same item and she even got her evening shift colleagues to look out for me when I asked about my box at the counter.Highly impressed as always! Thank you again to everyone at the bakery, you have no idea how happy someone's birthday will be because of you and this amazing customer service.

Amazing menu..Lots of varieties.. from indian to Japanese..Veg..vegan..non veg options aplenty..Tried the Mango and Avacado vegan bowl from honi poke.. it was absolutely delicious..The little moon ice cream were superb... pistachio and coconut flavours were too good... chocolate if you prefer a bit dark chocolate.. strawberry is also good..Passion fruit and mango os their best seller..so yup thats good too..Would recommend this place if you want to explore some nice options..

Fantastic Food Halls (you'll be glad you found em) don't come around every day, so save this one and plan a day to come by. And come hungry!Coffee, Poke, Ramen, Halal Meats, Curries, Caribbean fare, Pastries, Wraps, Pastas, Vegetables and Fruits, and so much more. Going to come back again soon and try more!

I visited the corner coffee shop in the food hall this evening and I grabbed a wrap but I wasn’t sure if there was a specific ingredient in the wrap so I went to the till and I asked (after I checked the ingredients list. Usually people who work there know about the things they sale for allergies etc so I nicely asked if the lady at the till if she knows and she replied check the list in a very rude tone! It’s a shame because I usually grasp my coffee from there. Of course I left the wrap and I don’t think after that I will be going back rude service for no reason!

I recently visited the Selfridges Food Hall with high expectations. I got a cheesecake from dessert bar. However, I am very disappointed with their customer services from the two ladies at dessert bar. They lack of professionalism and they were rude at other customers as well. I hope that Selfridges takes this feedback seriously and train their staff more.
