This company moderates reviews on its website and does not alow you to leave negative reviews.I purchased this calling smart watch specifically for the calling and sleep monitoring features. I am a recovering anorexic and a wheelchair user. In order to set up the app that connects to the watch, you have to put in your weight, weight goals, calories you want to burn each day and both step goals and walking and running gait. All of these features are not able to be disabled, skipped or hidden in the menu like many of the other features, including the sleep tracking. I contacted the company to return the item and requested a free return as the item was advertised throughout the site as a smart watch, and in the calling watch category not the sports watch, I was told this was a fitness watch so these features were the main use of the item. That was not advertised. I requested a free return in accordance with the consumer act 2015 false advertising, and this request was denied. This whole experience and exchange with customer support has been incredibly traumatic and the apathy I was met with is incredibly disheartening. This device should have options to make it usable for people with health conditions. A quarter of the general population have a disability or long term health condition. The current set up is ableist and discriminatory, as was the customer service reps conduct when I was told I should buy a medical watch instead. Please amend your site to state that the features are not customisable like other watches, add a warning for people with eating disorders and consider allowing you to skip the compulsary questions that are impossible to answer for a wheelchair user. I expect this comment to be met with the same apathy I have received thus far but I hope I am proven wrong.
