Excellent in all aspects. Good location, large clean rooms and good choice for breakfast. Owners friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Another excellent stay here. Such friendly, thoughtful, kind and considerate hosts. The room and facilities are excellent, breakfast superb, and Sal did us delicious sandwiches for lunch. Highly recommended and we certainly be back again.

Sally and Adrian are perfect hosts at this gem of a B&B. The amenities, location and view were all perfect for a family get away.

A wonderful property in a very scenic and peaceful area. We were made very welcome by Adrian and Sally and the cottage very clean, modern and comfortable. One important aspect is that it was dog friendly which is a massive bonus in such a nice area!

Beautifully maintained farmhouse B&B. Spacious room, large bathroom, great views of surrounding farms and forests. Wonderful breakfasts served as if we were visiting Royalty! Hosts were very helpful in suggesting interesting day trips.

Outstanding stay and location. So very quiet. Beautifully kept grounds and a stunning cottage garden at its height of performance in May. The landscape is beautiful in every direction. Large enclosed field for the dog. Nicely cooked breakfast, delicious. The hosts very helpful for the few enquiries we had. Would be interesting to know more of the history of the house - the slats around the stairs clearly shaped like guns. We unplugged the TV during our stay and moved the comfy chairs to the view of the west window to watch the sun set which happens almost square on, probably for May to July. Sound nights’ sleep. Very restful. Recommend and would return.

We had a wonderful stay with very welcoming hosts Adrian & Sally, we were well looked after with an excellent made to order breakfast, an immaculately kept house that was attractive and charming with views that are beautiful and calming . We'll be booking here again next year.

Absolutely loved this place! Spectacular panoramic views from our room with the best cooked breakfast ever! There was so many little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. Milk in a little fridge, bars of chocolate, biscuits and soft drinks etc etcThe hosts were very welcoming with a perfect mix of helpfulness and friendliness. We will definitely be back again soon.

This is our second stay. A gem of a B&B with superb hosts. Has to be the best breakfast we have ever had whilst away. Location is idyllic and Th Lion pub about 4 miles away is excellent. Local to Ludlow too which is a bonus. Highly recommended B&B.
