IRIS Payroll Professional

Appallingly poor - I cannot believe they are allowed to continue to operate.

The service from IRIS (payroll services) has gotten really bad in the past year. Customer service from account managers is the worst I've ever seen. They seem to have no desire to understand and answer your questions, which is extremely frustrating. Repeated requests for phone calls are ignored. They NEVER pick up their phone or respond to voicemails. Even if some major issues pop up, they do not seem motivated to help or understand you. I agree with one of the other reviews, stay away from IRIS at all cost. I am shocked with how poor their customer service is.

Awful customer service and make it impossible to cancel. Avoid at all costs.

Gone downhill fast since Iris bought it out, it was fine before when it was Star. Now the software is clunky and outdated, updates are infrequent and cause more bugs than they fix. Support is nonexistant and most key staff have left and been replaced with people with no knowledge of payroll or the IPP software. You are given an account manager yet they will ignore your e-mails and calls and leave every few months. Stay well away that's my recommendation.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a company, no emails received, no invoices, nothing.When I call them for a small thing I get transferred to 3 four people who cant help.
