Absolutely appalling, no words can describe the service they have not provided. After four days of waiting still not received a car. They keep promising that a car will arrive every day and continue to lie. Can’t believe that any company could be so disorganised.

My friend had a car from these guys for several weeks whilst his insurance company did their thing with another (at fault moronic) motorist's insurance company.Special thanks to Dylan for giving my mate a lift back 5 miles after he dropped off the car (which he admits, really needed a clean). partner hired a car here for over a month as we are over from NYC - we got a Kia Niro which was absolutely filthy and reeked of rank cigarette smell despite the no smoking" rule. since they only do short term hires

The service I received at this branch of Enterprise was second to none. After experiencing some issues with the Car Club, the team sorted these very quickly and had me on the road in no time. I specifically dealt with Jack and Callum, who were both fantastic, but the whole team was very helpful and friendly.

Worked with Callum to pick up my rental. He was so kind and helpful! Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to drive, being American, but felt very reassured by Callum. He took the time to show me all electronics (especially navigation) and safety features. He let me follow him to the fuel station and that really helped me get my bearings. Thank you Callum! The drive to Edinburgh was fantastic!
