The Hub Dundee

Don’t provide anything. Rooms are absolutely tiny, shower didn’t have hot water, was lukewarm at best. One of the worst things was the fact that they had to remind everyone that the fire alarm works every 2 days. Once it went on for 5 hours in the middle of the night because they can’t hire a decent security team. The final straw was at the end of my year, they charged me £100 because I put blue tack on the walls. They don’t care about their residents, only money.

The apartment was very neat. It was very comfortable to stay. The room was odorless and well designed. Recommended to everyone!

The team at the Hub could not have been more helpful. Jamie was amazing at sorting out IT issues during the booking processes. He was friendly veru efficient and got back to me really quickly. Move in day was really well organised and ran smoothly. The accommodation is so convenient for the University of Dundee. Rooms are a good size and have everything you need in them.

This is gonna be a doozy, before all else I want to say that the new management team and staff are absolutely fantastic, and the only reason this isn't a lower starred review, truly hats off to them, but the previous team was beyond terrible, my flatmates experienced every type of issue possible, and I had to consider taking legal action at one point due to mishandling of funds, there was black mould and rats aplenty. That being said, the new management team has addressed many of the hubs issues, and is working tirelessly it appears. I could go more in-depth on the issues my flatmates and I faced, however they were the result of poor management that's no longer part of the hub.

The best student accommodation in Dundee. I lived here for one year and this was one of the best parts of my student life. The new team is superb and they are always there to help. I even went on to extend my contract for one more month. This accommodation is very close to the University of Dundee and that's another highlight.

I just moved in recently but I have to say I like it so far. It’s very nice. I got to say my room was very hot when I first moved in but as long as the weather is cool, you have a fan, and you keep your window open you should be okay. If you ever have a problem the management team will take care of it or they will show you how to fix the problem which is really nice of them. Have to say though the fire alarm is weird because it sounds like someone is laughing.

Everything is excellent, but fire alarms are annoying as hell. They're loud and disturbing. I have heard an answer to the same review likewe have a big accommodation". However

Guys The Hub is licherally such a cute place to live. It’s right next to University of Dundee which makes it really easy to go back and forth. The new management are so nice cause they answer all of my goofy questions. Our flat was really clean when we came in, but even if it isn’t they kindly offer to clean it for you. My room is really big and you pretty much get what you’re paying for. The shower is also really good for some reason. The people in my block are pretty quiet which makes it easy to sleep but if you like the party lifestyle there’s also some great blocks you can stay in that are specifically for that. The security people r also really nice and helpful.

New management team is very friendly and helpful. Jamie, who attended to me, was very friendly and made my checking in very smooth. Furthermore, he made sure the items I highlighted was attended to promptly. He went the extra mile to replace the ironing board. I was worried reading previous reviews but this early experience with The Hub team has given me a peace of mind. Salute to him and the team for the excellent job.
