We booked Chalet Philibert, Morzine over Christmas 2022 for a family holiday. The communications with the office were excellent, in particular Charlie made the booking easy and was very accommodating when having to make changes to the booking. He also gave lots of advice on transfer companies (as the free transfer wasn't suitable for all travellers), ski hire and ski schools. We were looked after superbly by our chalet hosts Wendy and Keith. The chalet was spotless, well organised, the food was delicious and their attention to all members of the family (young and old) was outstanding.Every member of our family considered that the experience was really good value for money. Cannot rate our AE experience highly enough.

Wasn't impressed with Alpine Elements considering the price we paid. The chalet itself was nice but they crammed 12 people into it when should have 8 people at a maximum, making what could have been a very pleasant stay rather uncomfortable.Food also wasn't up to scratch. I wouldn't recommend going with Alpine Elements if you're looking for a holiday in the French Alps.Postives include a decent Sauna & Hot Tub & friendly staff, although management did little to address our complaints.

Lovely small hotel, great location, friendly staff and fabulous food.We had 2 twin rooms on the 2nd floor with a joint balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The rooms were basic and small but clean and functional and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The room was a bit dark but otherwise perfect. The whole hotel had a rustic wooden vibe to be expected of a mountain chalet - which was lovely.I thought it a bit weird that the pool didn’t open til 11am as I normally like a pre breakfast dip, but the manager said he would open it earlier if anyone wanted. As it turned out it’s quite misty, dull and cold first thing up in the mountains so I actually didn’t want a morning dip!Food - I was so pleasantly surprised by the food. I really wasn’t expecting much, but the chef was excellent. You have 2 choices of starter/main/dessert and they were all, without exception, delicious and beautifully presented.Booked with Alpine Elements and cannot fault anything at all. We (2 adults/2 teens) really enjoyed the included activities of SUP, white water rafting and high ropes. My husband and kids also enjoyed the canyoning activity (jumping from heights into river!) but I chickened out of that one!Morzine and the general area are beautiful, and everywhere you go there are stunning views. We highly recommend using the free buses and walking to lakes for swimming. Just be mindful of the buses back from Les Gets if you go there for the (fab) inflatable water park, as the buses are limited - we were nearly stranded!Overall a fantastic family holiday - and our first “activity” holiday, but definitely not our last as we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it.We’ll be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alpine Elements' Chalet Elegant in La Plagne for a ski holiday, and it was an incredible experience that exceeded all expectations. I would give this ski holiday and our stay at Chalet Elegant a well-deserved 5-star rating. One of the highlights of our stay was our amazing Chalet Host, Rosie. She provided us with delicious dinners, breakfasts, and afternoon teas, and even accommodated the vegetarians in our group. Rosie was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The Sunday changeover day was also a great benefit as it allowed us a full day of skiing without the crowds on the Saturday. The Chalet is perfectly positioned really close to the ‘Beargie’ ski lift or the Télebus, which connects you with ease to La Plagne Centre where there’s great food and where most ski lessons depart from. This made our access to the ski slopes very convenient, and we were able to make the most of our time on the mountain. The only flaw in our trip was that our coach was delayed both ways, but this wasn't the fault of Alpine Elements. Despite this minor setback, our group had the perfect ski holiday and we are already looking forward to returning next year. If you're planning a ski holiday, I highly recommend Alpine Elements' Chalet Elegant in La Plagne.

Have used alpine elements twice so far and they have not disappointed at all. Both times exceeded my expectations from booking process right through to the end of our holiday. Our latest holiday to tignes val claret was amazing , great location , immaculate hotel, top quality food from highly trained chefs and amazing staff. They are certainly getting it right and they will certainly be my go to in the future. Thank you for a great holiday

Having just returned from our summer holidays in the Alps I must say thatour holiday this year with Alpine Elements was, to be honest, the best we’ve been on.From the initial help and support from our first enquiry call through to the return transfer the service we have received from Alpine Elements has been fantastic. Our chalet, the Petit Chalet Philibert, was by far, the best chalet (summer or winter) we have stayed in. The chalet was exceptionally clean, warm, inviting and very spacious. Our chalet hosts, Rachael, Pete and Ellie were absolutely superb and indeed the best hosts we have experienced in all the many years we have holidayed. Rachael was indeed a fantastic cook and the food we were served each morning and evening was nothing short of first class.I would not hesitate to recommend Alpine Elements the Petit Chalet Philibert and the Chalet Philibert to anyone who may wish to read my review. I should also like to mention Dan, our bike mechanic, he was very helpful and always available. Finally, I would like to say that from our first initial call to the Alpine Elements team, Charlie was excellent. Charlie helped us through the small changes we needed to make as our booking progressed. He was quick to answer any queries we had and was super polite, helpful and efficient. We all look forward to our next Alpine Elements holiday.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday in Alpine Elements Val Claret Hotel D’Or. We were a party of 18, aged 15-60. All our needs were met and we were delighted by the warm welcome. The hotel was comfortable and in a super convenient location. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly and they worked hard to make our stay extremely enjoyable. The food was delicious and there was enough choice. We would stay again and I would really like to thank Beca, Charlie, Irene and the rest of the team and wish them all a great season.

I had a fantastic summer holiday in Morzine with Alpine Summer Elements in August 2022. The hotel was way better than I expected - the family bedroom layout was perfect as it gave us privacy and space, the swimming pool was absolutely brilliant and the hot tub and sauna were great luxurious additions. The food in the restaurant was really good in terms of portion size and quality. The staff were informative and really friendly. A great location - with loads to do, right on the doorstep. An absolutely brilliant holiday. I've been skiing with Alpine Elements three times in the past - I can't recommend their great value for money holidays enough.

We have loved our holiday at Hotel Philibert, part of the Alpine Element group. Staff are brilliant, friendly and knowledgable. Location very good in Morzine, an easy 10 min walk into town and a 15 min walk home given the hillside locationPool is fab, great to cool off after an energetic day and a lovely place for families to socialise. Food three courses every evening all enjoyable and tasty. Activities good - paddle boarding, high ropes and white water rafting 1/2 days planned in advance by your rep. Activity pass meaning many more activities included for free such as tennis, swimming, disc golf, lift passes, mountain bike hire. Can recommend the two local luges, the one in Les Gets better than the Morzine.Room for improvement, better wifi (really only works in the bar) and sometimes limited bike availability. Despite this would HIGHLY RECOMMEND (and book early so you get free wine with your evening meal!)

We had a wonderful holiday with Alpine Elements in Morzine. Everything ran like clockwork, with great personal communication before the flight, good transfers, friendly staff all willing to go the extra mile to enable guests to have a super holiday. We loved the numerous activities available, the food, the homely and sociable atmosphere and the spa facilities. The children had a wonderful time meeting other kids at the chalet and none of us wanted to leave. Overall we felt like we had good value for money and would definitely like to repeat the experience. Thank you!
