Well what can I say, had us waiting outside in the cold due to opening late, so I orderd a bacon and egg roll and a white coffee and I was waiting for a good 15 mins for the woman to then ask me what I wanted again, anyway I received my half cooked bacon and egg roll then I stood there and then had to ask for my coffee as she forgot, shocking.

Asked for a vegan sausage roll and got a meat one instead ….. realises when it was too late unfortunately. I usually trust the servers when I ask for vegan things as they’re more common now but apparently you can’t. Very disappointed !!!

First time there, a bad impression already. It was smelling so bad that I couldn't stay inside. I asked the guy for the expiry date and he didn't know that there is no one. I had to look with him then to find out there is no one as they are always fresh. I feel sorry for him as he was working alone. There was too much dust, too dirty in the fridge where the drinks were. Dust on the floor... Especially the trays with the food, HORRIBLE. The trays weren't clean, they just put some foil on top of the dirty trays. Better have 2 people on the shop floor, one cleaning and one doing the sales...

'Decided to get a steak bake. sausage roll and jammie heart, having complained about staff not practicing proper sanitation during the pandemic. Bake was still in the oven, so I went for the sausage rolls instead. Also, bought a packet of crisps. Then asked for a receipt and was told that the machines do not work but that if I let her take my picture, it would print me one! Absolutely not on! This one definitely needs to close, re-furb and re-open with new staff, who are properly trained in food hygiene and customer services.

The food is fine, except choices can be limited with lots out of stock. The customer service is terrible, staff are rude and inattentive, service is always slow, even if there’s a short queue.

Went for the breakfast bun and hot drink. I got the bacon and sausage bun, the bacon was quite crunchy all over & the sauce was scarce. I'd probably stick to just their pasties.

Phoenix was friendly, patient and understanding. They were a pleasure to talk to, especially after a challenging appointment at work.Coffee as good as ever.

It's a Greggs, you know what you're getting. Don't burn your mouth on a steak bake. Don't expect the sausage roll to taste of anything. Get a yum yum for a major sugar rush. The bread pudding used to be good, but seems dry and tasteless these days.
