If you're going to shop here, keep an eye out for the offers - once found a product where it was cheaper to buy two at once than buying one individually - not complaining like.Also features a small bakery which is quite nice, staff are friendly and helpful.

Unhelpful and unapologetic when I rang up and asked where my delivery order was after waiting for over 3 hours for it to not turn up, happily took my money though! AVOID.

The delivery concept the store offers is good. HOWEVER I rate it 1 star, here's why...Choice is minimalIf you buy an item 3 for 2, you'll probably get 2. Try to make a complaint, you won't get anywhere, no one bothersSome items maybe missing from your order, try to complain, same as aboveAvailability isn't updated, so if you order via Deliveroo it isn't til you've paid it'll tell you some items weren't available, but your money is taken out your account but your refund for the unavailable items may take 5 days to be refundedThe only plus is convenience, your half baked groceries delivered in about 20 to 30 minutes...

I ran there with broken ribs to make it there 5 minutes early to get baby formula and nappy’s and they shut the shop by time I got there, I said I ran here with broken ribs and they laughed and said do you not want me go home early. This was at 190 tonge moor road. Very disrespectful staff I can’t believe co op would employ people like that who would refuse me at 11:55 for my child who is unwell. 13/9/23 10:55 tonge moor

Would have given zero stars if it would let you ?One thing One should never do is lie and then get found out ? This is what happened to me yesterday at this store ? I returned to the store yesterday with chicken that was delivered with the next days date on it and 2 loafs of Bread squashed beyond being usable? When I phoned the store the lady ( standing in for the manager) should have offered to send a driver round to my house with the Bread & Chicken especially for how much I spend at this store but she didn't? The night before my order it was apparently picked by some lad just out of School ( not his fault) and a bottle of Famous Grouse Whisky was not in my shopping on delivery? When I phoned the next day and spoke with W***Y she said sorry the Whisky is out of "STOCK" she even had the audacity to say " we are getting a delivery later today " ?? What she didn't expect was for my daughter to call in and actually see more than 4 bottles on the shelf???????I drove down with the chicken & Bread to have them exchanged ( which I shouldn't have to do when it's delivered) she was well & truly caught out when the Famous Grouse whisky was there on the shelf???? She exchanged my goods and thought that by grabbing the Famous Grouse whisky and putting it in my carrier bag was acceptable?? Totally NOT

This store used to be good now there is only 2/3 good members of staff , the management is utterly useless lost a lot of good staff due to the way the store is being run its a shame I can't name the 2 maybe 3 members of staff that are amazing and a shame I can't name and shame the rest , the coop says it looks after its staff and customers this is not at all what is going on in this store .management needs replacing and some staff need to go
