Great service. Had a problem with rats in our loft. Called Kill Line and they were here the same day and had cleared the rats within 24 hours. They then carried out a survey to investigate where the rats were getting in (drains) and have now rectified the fault. Can't praise Sean and Dale enough for their professional and friendly approach. Would definitely recommend.

After spotting a mouse on our 1st floor rush into the airing cupboard, the stress and anxiety was immense. Working nights in a hospital, my partner and children (one with autism and complex needs), meant we needed results FAST.We contacted KillLine and the following day, Dale came out to evaluate the situation. Despite the stressful circumstances, Dale was incredible! Couldn’t have asked for a more professional, engaging and reassuring person. He worked around my rota times - because of course my partner wanted nothing to do with mice!!! He arrived when he said he would, was compassionate to my daughter when she was home with me, and informative in a way which made us feel reassured and involved in the process.Cannot thank Dale enough, and whilst I hope I never have another pest problem, there is no doubt in my mind who I would contact. Same day service was available which was great. Very polite and professional. Managed to get rid of the wasps in the roof on a bedroom bay window. The noise had been driving us mad but all sorted now. Worth every penny!

We had a wasps nest in the loft. I called up Kill Line at 10am, within a matter of hours the same day they came out to my house and dealt with the problem with no fuss. The guy who came to the house was really amiable, considerate and professional, as was the person I spoke to on the phone line to arrange the call out. I would definitely use Kill Line again for any other pest control issues.

Fab service! I had mice in the house, they came out very quickly and assessed the situation and put a plan in place, I've just had my third visit and no signs of any mice at all now! They were flexible around my work schedule and were all very polite friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
