Went through the drive through ordered 2 breakfast wraps when I got them the packaging was hot but the sausages and egg werw stone cold when goin bk I store to return them no apologise or anything from the manager she just took them and laughed what's absolutely shocking service

Normally have a good experience here, however, it was my friends birthday and I kindly bought her a drink. I asked for the drink to be altered, and understandably it was a fruit cooler, however I wanted to add coconut milk into it as I had tried it before and loved the ‘pina colada’ taste. The woman outrightly refused to add the coconut milk even tho I requested to alter the drink. She could’ve handled this very differently and explained why I couldn’t alter it, or even give me a side of coconut milk to add in once it’s blended. I have previously worked at Starbucks and understand there are dairy/dairy free jugs, however I would absolutely never refuse to customise a customers drink if they ask for it, and if I was to refuse I would explain with a reason why. Very very disappointed. I’ve had other bad experiences here but they don’t need to be spoken about, however this really really pissed me off.

This place is overpriced. I got 2 drinks and cost me £6.00 that was just for a bottle of water and a medium hot chocolate. And the hot chocolate was not nice. I only drank half of the drink.

It's Costa doing what they do. They had chairs and tables available which is always a bonus.Charge too much but that's what they do so it's ok.Parking always an issue here and two hours limit so leave reg at the counter if you may stay longer.

Sometimes when I arrive just after 9am, there is no place to sit, it is so crowded. The service is not always nice, I would like to point out that sometimes it is difficult to know what their mood is. I usually go there to buy takeaway coffee because the atmosphere is not favorable.

Card machine was broken lucky I had a little cash on me. The could be a few more disabled parking bays and I had to go further away with mobility issues it was a struggle

Overpriced food and coffee. Dirty floors, worktops, tables and glass. General decor looking tired. Rude staff swearing, rolling their eyes and flirting with each other in front of customers. Need to think about the entire customers experienced if you want people to pay inflated prices
