Phoned Hello Structure on Friday morning, told them I needed a survey carried out with urgency. They arrived within hours, carried out the full survey and emailed it to me by Sunday afternoon.That is a turnaround time of less than one working day for a completed site visit, and a full and detailed structural survey. Amazing work, thanks so much guys.

Reached out online and almost immediately had Amir emailing me with both a clear quote and timeline.Same guy I was emailing came out to the property and spent a good chunk of time measuring and explaining various things, along with taking a 3D scan with specialized equipment.They do explain that they're able to give a more accurate quote if you're able to access certain parts of the house like behind ceiling panels or under floorboards. Generally not a problem if you're at the point of hiring an engineeer, but probably helpful to know.They asked for a few more clarifications on my side once I'd gotten access to some things, so I emailed over those and within a week got the end results.Easy transaction overall, always nice to see great businesses like this in Deptford.

I found Hello Structure from Google because I'm renovating my flat and the freeholder asked me to do a structural review. I got a reply the same day and Amir came to inspect the next day. The structure of my flat was screened and I got the report in a week and cost is reasonable. Through our conversation, I learnt that the engineers in the firm had quite a few years experience working in architectural projects from large scale developments, private house renovation to art installation structural design. Good communication by email and very responsive on Whatsapp too. We build an extension and there picked up the phone where we were in trouble the building site. Even video call and instant drawing to explains building technics to match building regulations.
