The worst shopping experience I have ever had!I suffered a nasty hit in the back from one of the glass fridge doors, and as I turned around to see who thumped it into me, it was surprisingly a member of staff (a middle-aged white man with close-cut hair that has a bald patch on the back of his head.) I was horrified! He never apologised and didn’t even budge an eyelid at me. There was no care in the world from this man. After that while browsing down the aisle, I saw that he was rushing and kept roughly flinging the doors open with a lot of force. It was disturbing to watch to be honest with you. Maybe he should take up a job in wrestling instead? And to think things couldn't have gotten anymore worse than that: one of the boxes on the top shelf in the vegetable section fell to the floor. It was so loud! That could have seriously injured someone. There are boxes everywhere, spillages everywhere, mess everywhere, disorderly placing everywhere – need I go on? Are the staff even trained or know what the heck they are doing? You'd probably be better off training a bunch of monkeys. I will never shop at this disgusting store again!

The football was on today, it was chaos, writing orders on slips of paper that the other waitress couldn't read, confirmed twice and still got the order wrong, serve your own drinks great idea frozen by the time Mrs Overall brings the order. The place was absolutely terrible, you need a better system and more staff it's not like you don't know it's going to be busy. Poor show indeed.

Came to collect an online order today at 12pm. Asked two staff at the self service checkout where to go to collect this and they ignored me and continued to have a gossip with each other. When I repeated myself they pointed to the collection point and told me to go there. I went to the collection point where there was a queue and stood waiting for 10 minutes. Eventually I asked a member of staff if they could get my order and she told me 'it wasn't her department' and walked away. I then went to customer service desk and asked the staff member there if someone could come to the collection point so I could pick up my order and she done a call out over the speaker. I then had to go back to the collection point by this time there was a bigger queue and waited another 20 minutes before I was given my order. Absolute shocking service and will just be getting my order delivered from now on. Will not be going to this store again. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

I am delighted that the little play area is finally open again!! They have expanded the check out in Asda to meet the social distancing rules. Things seem normal again, and that is always a good sign!

Trying to buy oranges and lemons in ASDA that are NOT in plastic wire netting is getting difficult. This material shreds tiny plastic bits when cut, some of which goes down the sink, into the rivers, out to sea - no wonder we now find plastic inside our food.Fortunately some un-netted fruit is available in Morrisons and Tesco, who also sell plums in a tray with a plastic film (not plastic wire netting).

Nobody waste your money in Asda it is falling apart running low on check out staff and when you order food online they don’t even deliver and make you wait 5 days for a refund even if this is not your fault and the delivery driver who does not give any explanation as to why they don’t deliver. Used to be a great service but as I say nowadays they just do not care for the customers as long as they are getting money off you and leaving you sit with no food or groceries. Shame on you Asda

A till should always be available to Customers self Scanners are not for everyone. The Manager Callum who didn't need to give his surname would not put a till on even though there were loads of Staff about. After I was told by the girl on self scanning they were short staffed thats why a till wasn't on. Get yourselves sorted Asda Patkhead. If a Customer has a full trolley and wants to put her shopping through the till they should be able to.Even if according to the Manager that's the way ASDA want it. Very unhappy Customer tonight Poor

New review. I have been trying to get hold of the branch manager since the 28th November. Today us the 4th December and I've tried daily. Are they vetting us first?Well public complaint then... and some inexperienced non management reply from somebody called Hope or Chris or If I'm lucky maybe a Mary.Retail is the easiest job on earth.Asda has one bright star, Jean Woods, who seems to know what it means to be a manager. She's open, honest and treats people with respect and dignity. Something the floor staff needs to learn.Just be kind and friendly to customers and don't over sell.. don't lie to anyone or about anything. Just be kind and listen what is required ...Out of 100 reviews you only had 4 positives and the rest were all 1's.Asda Forge is a sad example of not doing retail. I could not find a single front line staff member (the faces of the company) to actually smile at me, reassure me when I complained or even assist me properly when there was a pricing error. Instead the staff members were rude, sneakily changed the price and insisted I pay the extra £2. Considering that the £2 she stole from me will now take away the £50 I used to spend in the branch every week. I will go to Tesco or the very friendly Morrisons stores. A bus trip away where you are on my doorstep... but I refuse to be treated like this on a visit by visit basis. You guys are in crisis... rude, unfriendly, empty shelves and dirty store.Your staff (some who have been with you for years) are extremely rude and obnoxious. Nobody will complain unnecessarily. This store needs a manager to train them about customer service and the cost to company when you lose a customer over stupidity and a lack of retail training. I would like a reply from the branch manager Karen on this please. Lynn Smith.
