DARLINGTON BRANCHI saw a nice Tag watch in the window (Darlington branch) the staff were very helpful and polite ,However as they swiped my debit card apparently the internet went down , £2350 went from my bank instantly but was told they never recieved it and asked me to pay again ,which I did !When I asked about returning the first £2350 they rang some fool in accounts who said it would be returned in 24hrs . In actual fact it took a full 7 days to return ,So if this happens to you I would suggest you walk away and only return once they have returned your money I can not fault the staff in the shop but the accounts team need a reality check, if they dont know how long it takes to return your money then I think they are in the wrong job . A little honesty goes along way, if I was told upto one week" then fair enough .Due to the number of high street shops closing weekly it caused quite a bit of stress ........wondering if I had ended up paying £4700 for a £2350 watch !Amazingly enough the internet never crashed once while I wrote this genuine / honest review"

Found a good silver jewelry set (necklace + earrings) for a good price. Customer service was also good. Got VAT refund form, so can get my tax free at the airport. I think, even though they are in the city center, prices are quite competitive, especially during sales.

Was very impressed by staff in shop. Was served by Cormac who was extremely polite and helpful. Bought a beautiful Senna Tag and whole experience was great. Well done everyone. Lachlan

Bought a tag in 2015 and the sale girl instead to buy insurance cover as it includes servicing and battery replacement - costed £ 185 (5 years cover). When I walked into the store and requested a battery replacement, a young sales boy refused saying that it’s not covered. Under ‘Type of Cover’ it states that it coverS for any ‘breakdown’ and seemingly a battery issues is not deemed as breakdown. I would request buyers to make things really clear as the staff sounds completely different during the time of purchase and service at a later date.

So far, so good. Took my watch in for service which needs to be returned to manufacturer service centre. Good service, polite and friendly staff.

Although I didn't buy (they did not have what I was looking for), I am happy to take a bit of my time to write this review. That's how much I was impressed and delighted by Leanne (I think that's what I read on her name badge). I was astonished by how she treated me and how helpful a kind she was. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my requests. I work myself in the retail industry and at no point in my life I have ever met such a genuine and kind person in this type of role. Thank you again.

I purchased an omega Speedmaster here last year seeing as it was the 50th anniversary of the moon landing and all, I was very happy to go and pick it up.When I got to the store I said what I was there for to which the man behind the counter handed me a bag with the watch in and simply said there is nobody to size the watch in the shop today
