The friendly and efficient service that I received from Sentinel has been truly outstanding - the very best. I approached Sentinel with a tricky electrical problem in my car that needed urgent attention and fixing before I went on holiday. Although a new customer and despite the immediacy of my needs, the service team moved heaven and earth to get the car fixed on time in three days and even provided me with a courtesy car when I needed one for a day. As an independent Volvo specialist, Sentinel are brilliant - by comparison, the registered Volvo dealer for my area offered me a service booking in FIVE weeks time! Thank you so much Sentinel!

Me & my wife’s 10th year anniversary i have decided to surprise her with a new car, and sentinel Volvo have made this become our most unforgettable moment ever, they have helped us pick the right car for my family.I would like to thank “Shan” and the manager of the store who have tried there best to make us happy.Also the Lovely lady at the reception who have made me a great coffee which i will always remember.Volvo Sentinel all the way!!!!!!

Contrary to the other reviews here I’ve had generally positive experiences with Sentinel on XC90 T8, both before and after Volvo dropped them. Chris in servicing is very helpful. I’ve given 4 stars as getting hold of them can be a pain but otherwise no complaints. I’ve not bought a car from them - only servicing / repairs - but they’ve done a good job in all cases.

Superb experience with Sentinel. I just bought a Volvo and traded in my old one. Both Luke and Richard were fantastic to deal with- professional, knowledgeable, flexible. They even delivered my new car to me a long way from London. I’m delighted with my new Volvo and a great price. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next one. It’s a significant purchase so very important to me to trust the people I’m dealing with and I’d trust Sentinel to do the right thing.

I posted this review last year just before they were dropped by Volvo UK. They are no longer a Volvo Selekt dealership and I’d like to think my constant badgering Volvo UK over the past year had a hand in this.All the reviews for this Tottenham based business disappeared last week. I wonder if it was intentional to remove a lot of the negative reviews.Anyhow I don’t forget who wronged me. Thanos, Richard and Matt are not to be trusted with any of your business. Go elsewhere.The most dishonest and untrustworthy dealership I have ever dealt with.They lied almost constantly after they got my money.Sold with a broken charger, they claim they knew nothing about, but a piece of paperwork in the glovebox actually stated that the charger didnt work at its previous service. So they did know.Sold me the car with a 2 year service plan that we agreed was able to be used nationally at any Volvo dealership. This was not the case, they backtracked and said it was to be used in their service department only, I had to travel 240mile round trip and 2 ferries to get my car serviced.On the way back from my service my car pinged a notification that the brakes needed attention.Even with written proof at time of purchase they would not back down and agree that i was lied to by the salesman.Both me and Volvo UK tried contacting them multiple times and the replies were either non existent or unhelpful and slow.I am so done with this garage that it has completely tainted the ownership and I have sold my car with under a year of owning it.Do not use Sentinel Tottenham.

Great experience at Volvo Sentinel buying our new XC90, service was excellent by Mo. He listened to our needs and was willing to negotiate one some changes we wanted to make the car our own.He followed up quickly to resolve minor issues and was communicative throughout the process. Thanks Mo

We recently purchased a car from Sentinel. Monir (Mo) was the salesman who dealt with our sale and was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout. We part exchanged two cars and Mo made the process very easy and hassle free. Everything that we were told would be done, was done and any queries we had were answered. Even after the sale, when we had a small issue, we contacted Mo and he was happy to help find a solution. Looking forward to enjoying our new car!

Hi I’m just leaving a comment regarding the some works that was done couple of months ago.Bring the car to the shop to fix a faulty temperature sensor…..after I wait 1-2 h the sensor was replaced (that I was told) Surprising everything was working…after 1 week same error came back on my dashboard,after 4 months I decided to book one more appointment but this time on a different dealership.I WAS SURPRISED WHAT THEY FOUND!The sensor was connected in a unprofessional way that you can not imagine!
