Been coming to the salon since they opened and every visit is a genuinely amazing experience. Always leave feeling completely pampered and relaxed. Everyone in the salon is friendly and helpful and work hard to give everyone their own unique experience. Always love my hair and the salon always work with you to make sure they are creating exactly what you are looking for or offer ideas if you looking for a change. Would highly recommend.

Definitely recommend. Easy to find location with accessible parking. Never been here before but was keen to have my scalp health checked. Had the best service, such friendly staff and Lydia was lovely. Listened to how I wanted my hair styled and cut and able to give me her opinion of what she felt looked good! Exactly what I was looking for and great to understand more about my scalp. Will definitely go back!

Serenity is everything you want from a hair salon. I had a great free consultation before my appointment so I could talk through what I wanted and what could be achieved which was really helpful. And the results are more than I could have hoped for and my hair feels in really great condition.Sometimes going to the hairdresser can be a daunting experience but I felt confident throughout my appointment because of the salon’s expertise in balayage and going lighter.The salon is clean and luxurious and there is a great drinks menu which meant that bit of ‘me time’ was even more relaxing.

Serenity is the BEST hair salon I’ve ever been too! The service they give is always incredible. I’ve had multiple stylists and all do an amazing job. I was initially referred by someone and have since referred people myself so if you book prepare to get many compliments and questioned on where you get your hair done!

This salon is amazing! I had a bad experience from a different salon and had been doing my own hair for a while. Lydia was recommended to me so took a deep breath and booked a consultation ….the whole salon makes you feel at home and are super friendly. I went in with awful home dyed dark brown hair. First appointment I came out glowing with beautifully styled ombré to break the block colour up. Since then I’ve gone lighter. This was latest photo. I’m sooo pleased! I highly recommend !!!!!
