Went to this venue for a friend's wedding and it was a great space, versatile and easy to personalise for any large events. It includes toilets, parking space, a stage and a reception/lobby area.

I'm not one to negatively review people unless I feel something really bad has happened. I had my wedding reception here and I think the lack of leadership and organisation led to a lot of things going wrong. The decor and space is a very appealing but I feel the services is so poor it's just not worth it.I trusted Phil with a lot of things, but given how unreachable he has been over the last 6 months, it is impossible to coordinate with the lack of replies.Despite giving specific instructions on what I would like the waiting staff to do, we found out there were no staff hired when we arrived so our family and friends had to help serve our guests.Instead of cleaning the hall at the back as requested, all the tables were left at there which we had to move ourselves.So many small issues like printing our posters on paper rather than glass, not having extra glasses at the bar, setting up the photos booth and DJ in the wrong spots, they are all forgivable, but not having the staff there is just atrocious.We lost two hours as backup staff eventually came, but as they were not trained there was a lot mixing with vegetarian food and meat which is not good for an Indian wedding.I understand people can make mistakes, but this was simple neglect and I regret my decision to choose this venue. Unless you're willing to take the gamble on your big day, I would advise against this place.

Never use this venue!The gentleman I just spoke to was incredibly rude and sounded like he just could not be bothered. Definitely not the start or reassurance you want when you are trying to plan your wedding.I read the reviews but despite this still decided to call. Now I see what people mean!An incredibly disappointing and poor service from the representative who has just let your business down. You should not be hosting people's weddings when you have rude people like that working for you. Did not listen and proceeded to talk over me after asking very basic questions. Should be closed down.I am pleased the true colours were displayed early anyway - definitely don't need that stress! We thank God

We attended a wedding here, and the facilities were OK. The hall was massive.

I had my Wedding Reception here in April 2023, my biggest regret was choosing this venue. This is one of those scam venues where the communication is great…until you pay. Once the deposit was set, Phil would take over 3 weeks to respond and even then, not fully respond to any of questions/requests.But this wasn’t even the worse bit and why I felt regretful.The day of my reception we arrived at the venue just to find the bar closed with the on-site manager, Tim refusing to open it, the spare tables and chairs pushed to the back of the hall in plain site for our guests, the photobooth set up in the wrong place and worst of all, NO STAFF.Yes you read that correctly, 6 months of agonising communication going around in circles talking about the bar/catering support staff we hired and their responsibilities only for Phil to forget to hire them.When my husband called Phil, his first reaction was ‘what staff?’. It was clear he had completely forgotten about this. This neglect caused a number of roll-on issues and a 2 HOUR DELAY. Everything got pushed back and instead of being excited and happy for our reception, my husband ran around like mad trying to sort things out downstairs and I sat upstairs with tears in my eyes, hopeless and devastated that I put trust in the hands of Phil.On this night, Phil did not return any calls or texts. He eventually sent some backup staff 2 hours later that were not trained well and mixed veg and non veg food, despite half our guests being vegetarian.Given how this turned out, we have now faced an additional issues as our guests have received parking fines despite being told they are allowed to park at the back of the hall. I am on my honeymoon and I contacted Phil 1 week ago, and like always, no reply. Nothing at all.Absolutely uncontactable, neglectful awful events manager. I am warning anyone who many be looking for an event here, please read the negative reviews because they’re written for a purpose. Consider this your warning.
