I have a complaint about My order number 13 on 8th July 2023,the double flamed grill burger chicken was uncooked. I'm highly disappointed with this. I'm a frequent customer and I do not expect this be given from howdyz. Uncooked food can be a poison to people. Make sure you cook well before serving your customers.

The most disgusting takeaway I’ve ever had. I came here for a takeaway, i ordered a chicken box with chips. The chips were nice but the chicken was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. The wing and festhers were still attached to the chicken, the chicken stunk like it was days old and the rude staff still took half an hour to give me my order. Do not ever eat here, and if you do good luck because it is disgusting. I’ve complained to the appropriate people and I’m sure they will close the restaurant very soon.

Usually have good service from these as ordered many times, however on this occasion the service and customer care was atrocious. I ordered a 6 piece family bucket for delivery as was going out, the driver turned up shortly after 1705 but I found that it was the wrong order after he left. Phoned Howdyz at 1715 and was told it was a new driver and that he would be back to change it. He turned up at 1724 to take the incorrect order and told me he would be 10 minutes with my replacement. At 1751, 27 minutes later, I tried to call to get an update but the line rang out. For the next 30 minutes myself and my partner tried on numerous occasions to get through to no avail. My wife finally got through at 1830 to be told that we had been told it was a new driver and that they would cook fresh that would take 10 minutes, a whole hour after being told he would be 10 minutes! We cancelled as the man on the phone was very rude, and we did not believe the time frame given especially from what had happened. Disgusting behaviour and customer service from a place we had liked.

It's absolutely bad delivery . I was wait 35 minute when I order for delivery he's not come after 35 minutes the driver call me and he can't find the address after 15 minutes waiting for driver front of the door he still can't find a address . It's so rude when he talk on the phone also the costomar service when I call to the shop to order is so bad language she not understand the English she can't talk very will . BAD costomar service !! BAD deliveryYou will wait more than 40 minutes the order not come and you have to sleep with out food

Absolutely rank. Asked for plain chicken came with some spicy sauce. Barely warm. Was thinking could get food poisoning to be honest. Left them a review to deal with it they didn't. The onion rings were inedible as you can see. Think they were cooked the week before. The only thing almost edible was the cheesy chips and that was just because I was hungry. I never give bad reviews either.They've been alright in the past as well for late night munch but never again.Avoid.Also it was late and the driver had the cheek to ask for a tip.

Ordered food at half 6 said would be here at half 7 didn't come till half 8 driver didn't even bring any change so spent more on the order than it come to! Food was absolutely freezing and now we've all woke up with diarrhea bad bellys 7 off us what a coincidence shop needs shutting down absolutely disgusting!!

Easy to order, quick delivery, but the food was dreadful, ordered over £20 of various chicken dishes and it was inedible, 2 bites of a burger was enough to put the whole order in the bin.
