Ben managed to save our day today! We had booked a bouncy castle for our youngest daughter's birthday which is tomorrow but with the whether forecast we decided to bounce today! The OTHER company just did not show up and blocked any communication from myself and my wife leaving us in a difficult position with zero time to fix it.With a lot of phone calls to other suppliers, In come BB's Bouncy Castle with the save of the day, with the exact castle we wanted too!!The castle was delivered within 2 hours of our phone call and the smile on my daughter's face made it all with while.I cannot thank Ben for everything he has managed to do today and will be recommending his business to everyone!!!!Thank you.

BB's bouncy absolutely saved the day for my son's 4th birthday party today. Due to my failure to check the height of the inflatable we had hired from another company (I felt incredibly stupid) we were left with no inflatable for the party 35 minutes before it started. I called BB's bouncy castle hire and not only were they incredibly lovely on the phone, they also arrived faster than you'd expect an ambulance with the perfect bouncy castle with slide! They even coordinated both their vans as the pump required was in Wellingborough. They had the bouncy castle installed and inflated just as our guests arrived. They must have jumped in the van as soon as we finished speaking on the phone. They were so kind when I was feeling like I had let my little boy down and made sure his birthday party was memorable for all the right reasons. I can't thank or recommend them enough. We'll never use anyone else.

We hired a castle for my sons birthday party, Ben was very friendly and helpful, came out beforehand to check the right size space for the castle and good communication very quick at setting up and taking down!
