Perfect Start Day Nursery Haywards Heath

I can't recommend Perfect Start strongly enough - by the end of my son's first week he was desperate to get in there in the morning! The team have all been absolutely wonderful - they take so much time and care over all of the children and spend a long time chatting to each parent at the end of the day, telling us how the day has been and what the children have been up to. I drop my son off in the morning with 100% confidence that he will be wonderfully looked after and that he will have loads of fun - he is so happy at the end of the day after having such a great time and that is just the best feeling. Well done to all the team for doing such a fantastic job!

We have been very pleased with this nursery from the beginning. The nursery is well equipped, spacious, air conditioned (a huge bonus in a hot summer), but more importantly the staff are all lovely and our daughter has formed close bonds with them and is really thriving there. We are given a lot of updates, with photos, on her activities and progress there via Parentzone.

I would be wary when registering for this nursery. I was very organised and registered and paid the appropriate fees for my daughter to attend ahead of her birth but have now been notified 9 month later that they cannot accommodate the days we secured.We have not been given any adequate explanation as to why this was the case. Communication was poor and predominately handled over email. There was minimal appreciation for the stress this has caused us. Fortunately we have been able to find an alternative setting, at short notice, which we are very pleased with.

Our son started at this nursery in February 2019 and always looks forward to going in. There are so many different and fun activities on offer everyday and he is always excited to tell me what he got up to.The staff are wonderful and really care for the children. They provide us with daily reports and I feel that they really invest time in getting to know each individual child.The food is great and my son often has second and third portions!Highly recommended.

My daughter is always excited to go to nursery. Even more so when they started to include Sing & Sign which she has done since she was three months. The nursery itself is lovely, modern and clean with a great selection of wooden toys and books. The staff are very friendly and engaging. They clearly care about all the children there and are invested in their growth and development. They regularly update the app with observations and pictures. We're very happy leaving our daughter in their care and look forward to seeing her continue to flourish as she progresses through each class.

We have nothing but good things to say about this nursery. Our baby has been attending for 6 months now and is thriving. Their attention to her learning and development, physical, emotional and in learning, is incredible. Watching her grow with them is lovely, they care so much about her. Our baby loves attending and on the weekend picks up her nursery backpack wanting to head there. We appreciate all the communication they provide and feel our baby is in safe hands. Couldn't recommend it more.

We recently moved our 2 year old here and she absolutely loves it. We have been really happy with the teachers and administrators. With the whole Covid-19 situation, they have handled everything wonderfully and we feel very comfortable sending her back. We would definitely recommend it.
