We have just gone through the process of buying my daughters car and went to Stoneacre in Hyde. We dealt with the salesman Max and we’ve got to say he was ace from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble, we were so happy he managed to find us the best deal and it was a quick, efficient and smooth process. Alex the finance guy was also amazing! I recently purchased my new car from Stoneacre Hyde and all the staff there have been fabulous! I initially dealt with Max who saw me through the buying process and kept me updated regularly on when the car would arrive. Then we have the privilege of dealing with Dylan in branch and over the phone when the car was ready and finally Liam who finished our paperwork off. Really great staff, can’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend this branch if your looking for a new car! Thanks again guys

I take my MG5 to Stoneacre for servicing and I’m always impressed with them. They send a video detailing the car health check and even give it a much needed wash! Really good and friendly staff!

Staff at the garage have always been great both when I purchased my car 2+ years ago and for services, however I get sales calls every two weeks or so asking me if I want to upgrade and I have asked time and time again to be removed from the marketing list as I am not interested in trading in early, and every time they state they will make a note and yet I am still receiving these calls. I will be looking elsewhere in future when it comes to renewal.

What a waste of time, my daughter went for a car that was advertised at 12595 and the then salesman’s game ensued. We waited 2 hours for a valuation on her car against it and then they told us the price for the car had gone up from £12595 to £13995. She said that she did not want Diamond bright paint protection but they still after waiting hours added it to the cost, £14695. A total waste of her time the sales techniques was like going back to 80s. Tried to tire you out and get you to sign up at an inflated price. BEWARE!!

Dreadful customer service from start to finish. Both cars I’ve purchased have been brand new but full of faults. Lots of errors made which cost me extra money in car tax, bank charges, and even charged me twice for a payment. Been waiting almost a month and still not been refunded.Staff are rude and unhelpful, rarely return calls without being chased, and the finance guy used incredibly crass language whilst dealing with me.Disgusted with Stoneacre and wish I’d never set foot in the place. Would strongly recommend going elsewhere and avoiding this dealership at all costs.

My experience with Stoneacre MG HYDE has been nothing less than exceptional. I had no intention of upgrading my car but after speaking with Clive your company will definitely be my choice in a few months when I’m in a better position to refinance. He was courteous and patient answering any questions I threw at him and took his time to patiently explain the whole process and the benefits of upgrading. Great Customer journey. His personality is so Infectious and reassuring. He is definitely an asset to Stoneacre MG HYDE

Absolutely highly recommend and appreciate all the help Clive, Dillon, Dale, and all the other team members have given me on providing me fantastic smooth service during purchase of my brand new fiat 500. Honestly, it has been so transparent and honest from start to finish. Clive is so lovely and knows his stuff. Great communication throughout.
