All at competitive prices.Just be aware that this company will not give you a refund if you require one!!It's very sneaky once you've parted with your cash , it belongs to them!! You will only be issued a credit note for the store! Making sure they keep your cash. So if you need to take anything back , YOU WILL ONLY GET A CREDIT NOTE!! NOT A CASH REFUND!

I've just returned home from visiting the Cheltenham store.There is a ginger haired man with a little ginger beard in this store who is absolutely awful.I wanted to complain to the manager but my son didn't want me to.He was so obnoxious and rude when I asked a question about having a players name put on the back of a football shirt.When I asked to see the manager, he refused to get them and he also refused to tell me his name.If he was my employee and I was aware he spoke to my clients like this, he would be gone!The other staff were very helpful.

Tried on trainers. Woman stood there with attitude. Insisted on taking them to the till. I laughed and said I was aware where the till was and continued to the till where she threw me a dirty look.

The male staff member who assisted me was helpful. The female manager was rude and unwavering. We do not agree with the policy to not refund us for our purchase. The store did not have the size that I needed, despite it showing on their system as an option, and I had to purchase it elsewhere. What good is a credit note to me at this point?

Terrible staff, one of male staff was very rude to us, even no manners in talk to their customer. We just walk out, no way to shop again the specific shop.
