I cannot speak highly enough of Hayley. Having considered the treatment for a long time, I finally had the courage to visit for a consultation last July. Three treatments later, the results are incredible. No longer do you have to find extra time before a night out, weekend away or trip to a spa. Just simply pack and go. Would recommend it to anyone! Everything is explained clearly before and after care.

I've had quite a few treatments in multiple locations and this is one of the best. It's in a really nice area which is very discreet and the waiting room feels very relaxed. Not located far from the station I was driven from the station and back which was amazing customer service from Gill.The laser is still one of the best and the prices are more than reasonable. No packages, you just get the treatments you need and they are realistic with the settings so you know you are getting accurate treatments.I've never felt rushed and they always give you plenty of time for the area treated. On more than one occasion I've had to rush them so I could catch a train and they have been more than happy to accommodate.The laser room is located upstairs and because of the location it feels very private and you never feel like anyone else can just walk in the room which it can feel like in other clinics.I've had quite a few sensitive areas treated but Gill was very friendly and I never felt uncomfortable. She was professional but extremely easy to talk to and is fair when it comes to expectations of results.I'll be visiting again in a few months.

Hayley is great! She is so lovely and makes you feel comfortable straight away. She explains everything about the laser and the treatment and that was really comforting for me. I would definitely recommend!

I have found the staff at the clinic to be both highly knowledgeable and professional. They explain the procedure and aftercare in a manner such as you can understand and have found the results to be brilliant . After just 4 sessions, I could see a remarkable improvement in my unwanted hair growth and would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone.
