doughnuts and cheesecake weren’t that good, and weren’t even cheesecakes they were moose, bubble tea and bubble waffle was good though, it’s not the best

ONLY 1 IN TEESSIDE THAT MAKE THESE DELICIOUS BUBBLE WAFFLES, LOLLY WAFFLES AND BUBBLE BITES. MILKSHAKES ARE AMAZING.

This is a really nice shop and the prices are a lot better then the competitors. The difference in quality is insignificant.Inside the customer area is quite spacious so you feel comfortable if you have to wait.Staff are friendly and polite as well which always makes a huge difference. Other places seem to struggle to smile and think that politeness is sufficient.There weren't as many I've cream options as I've seen in other places but i don't know if that was just the particular night I visited. However I went back a number of times this week only to find it was closed every single time. I suspect this is just due to the time of year so I'll update this review when I go back next and hopefully find out open.Highly recommended if you live in the area.

Travelled there to only see it wasnt even open when it states it is open on a thursay. Checked the times and everything before I went. Not a very reliable business at all.

Ordered through Uber, order was accepted then cancelled 30mins later because she said she was busy. Go elsewhere if you want decent customer service, not even a courtesy call from them.

Left me waiting for 35 minutes in the store for 2 milk shakes and a churros. Served 3 other customers before me. Served overcook, yet somehow stone cold churros and 2 poorly presented milkshakes. Sadly didn't have enough whipped cream left for the shakes either, as they had already used the last of it on the 3 customers they served before me. Missed the mark completely.
