I just want to recognise everyone at Vets4Pets Newport. The reception staff are welcoming, warm and make a fuss of our dog and pup! I want to give a HUGE special mention to Cath, what an incredible vet. She is currently looking after our eldest boy, Laurel who is under investigation for an issue in his hip. Kath is not only a thorough vet but she has HUGE compassion and empathy for worried pet parents. We've never felt rushed or misunderstood. Her love for animals and her profession is very obvious. HUGE thank you Vet4Pets!

A really caring practice, very professional but personal too. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. My puppy was recently hurt in an accident and they went over and above to ensure not only the pup was ok but that I was too.

Extremely rude staff all around!! an uncomfortable environment, its more like an abattoir. Disgusted by the service myself and my pet received. Should be ashamed of themselves. Will not be returning.

Had my ups and downs over the last 14 years with vets4 pets!But what I can say is how amazing they have been over the last few months before I had to make the difficult decision. Katerina offered great advice and cared. Jody on the actual day was absolutely brilliant, for such a tough day you knew how much she cared.I’d recommend them.

I can not put in to words how amazing this practice was to me today. My beautiful girl had to say goodbye as she had reached the end with cancer. Catherine was so sympathetic, and made my baby’s passing so gentle and easy. All the staff were fantastic. They lit a candle for Nala to leave the world. Genuinely wish every pet owner had such a caring experience when it’s time to say goodbye. I’m so thankful this was her place to pass. Thank you Catherine and ur lovely reception staff for being so caring, and for looking after my beautiful girl x

Very friendly reception staff, despite them being busy! Explained every cost in detail. The vet was absolutely lovely, was very gentle and caring with my boy, explained every step and gave him lots of yummy treats! I would highly recommend this practice. :)

Just had his nails clipped £40 plus £12 for painkiller they said he'd be sore and I had to pay in advance to make the appointment but it was same day.

Staff are very friendly and professional. They always remember Frank and make a big fuss of him. They have been brilliant with him throughout the many unfortunate trips to them. Frank highly recommends!
