I go for the tinctures every time .Less hassle than the dried herb.I buy a sleep herb to help me stay asleep, as ive many chronic diseases.Night knight is a blend of camomile,Californian poppy , oats .Its natural so better than sleeping tablets.Im so glad i discovered organic herbal remedies.
