Awful service received from Move With Us. Very quick to take your money but slow to actually do anything once they have it. Cancelled instruction with them as they never pick up the phone and have been chasing for weeks to get a refund. Eventually spoke to someone for the refund, when it came through it wasn't for the full amount! I have been chasing again for the outstanding refund and yet again they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Jack Barnard never replies to emails even to acknowledge that he is dealing with it, he never picks up the phone. I have been promised calls back on several occasions which has never happened. An email was sent to his line manager Anna Harper, still no response!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The first and only phonecall from them sounded promising and I was told Alex would be dealing with our file. We were purchasing an empty property, no chain whatsoever as we had nothing to sell. This all took a ridiculously very long and stressful 18 weeks.Our Solicitor and I never received the Memorandum of Sale. I had to ask the Estate Agents to forward their copy to us.Emails were rudely ignored. You're not allowed to ring them, in fact we were told we were not allowed to contact them!Alex clearly vanished into thin air as we never received any communication from him whatsoever.The whole procedure was an absolute nightmare. Next time we find a property to purchase, the first question will be if Move with Us are involved, if so we will not proceed with the property.

Move with us are a meaningless man in the middle company that may be recommended by your estate agent.You will find a quote from them that makes it really unclear that they are just taking a very expensive introduction fee. They do not show you total costs together to hide the fact that engaging them will cost you a good £1000 over what it would cost to find a solicitor yourself.I am angry at them for charging such over-inflated fees for an introduction. I am also angry at my estate agent for recommending them.Stay clear.

Disgusting and appalling company. We lost out on our dream house down to the incompetence of Move With Us not issuing the memorandum of sale when they said they had. They allowed another party to view the same property and we lost out due to them offering a higher figure, even after we agreed the purchase and Move With Us received all the necessary paperwork. No apology given.Liars, untrustworthy, incompetent. AVOID.

I paid them for a local search, their report was positive so I bought the house... Then within a week of moving in discovered the current local development plan included a new Chard bypass only 4 metres from my front door! I'm in process of taking legal action against them now as I don't want to live in this house now.A year later I won my claim for compensation costs after going to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Their website mentions compensation of £25,000 but forget that, for local search cases the max is £5k! Hardly enough to pay me for the wasted costs of moving here, never mind costs of moving again. It seems the maximum compensation is lower for low cost local searches" because they are often wrong....so beware all house buyers. TPO were great in the way they made their decision and discounted the dismal justification from my failed search company."

What a donkey outfit ...waiting waiting and waiting ....oh and more waiting, loads of visits at property but no actionable anything

Supposed to be our point of contact for a house were buying. One phone call in the space of 4 months. Don't answer emails or the phone. Not really sure what their role is at this point.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Unfortunately we decided to buy a house from them, they fired threat after threat at us in an attempt to hurry our solicitor up and complete the purchase.Just before exchange and completion they threatened to sell the house to someone else after we had invested hundreds of pounds and months of work/waiting for the sale to go through.The strain this put on our mental health was awful and they should be ashamed of falling to such a low scummy level of operation.Avoid at all costs.

Great service! We were buying a property that was being offered with substantial incentives for quick exchange/completion. Upon explaining this to Helen at 'move with us' she made a concerted effort to see our sale through as quickly as possible. I was kept fully informed of all progress throughout the purchase of my property by phone and email. The staff (Helen in particular) were always helpful and prompt with their requests and responses which undoubtedly secured our purchase incentives. A week after moving in we received a card from Helen wishing us luck in our new home.In summary I found the service good value for money, mainly due to a team that proved knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Avoid this company at all costs! After my experience and then reading all the poor reviews, I have no idea how they’re still in business or how the people who work there sleep at night. They completely ruined our experience as first time buyers and prevented us from purchasing our dream house through lack of morals and greed.
