Knot Only Wood

Jeremy and his assistant worked wonders on my fencing and gate. He was punctual, came at the agreed time and finished on time. It was quite a big job but he and his team worked in a professional, polite manner, and left the garden cleaner than before he came. Highly recommended them and would hire again without doubt.

I was looking to replace a set of wooden steps in my garden and looked at several local joinery firms, Knot Only Wood being one of them. They have been very easy to deal with from the start. They turned up to provide a quote at the time agreed. the quote arrived as stated and was competitive. On agreement to have the work done I was given a date for the work to be done. They actually came prior to the date to ensure measurements were correct and allow some pre-preparation. On the appointed day, they arrived at the agreed time and got on with the job. It was finished within the day as agreed. I was delighted with the finished project (KOW were not and insisted on replacing two of the treads which were not up to their standards!!).Overall I am extremely pleased with the finished product and can only recommend Knot Only Wood.
