Citizens Advice Dudley and Wolverhampton

They simply do not work in their official work time, from perosnal experience.Not quite impressed!

I have tried so many times to get through to these people and they work 3 days a week which is good, but even when you call on the days they should be open l still got no answer, l know with covid it's been a hard year for everyone but if they are not there then at least put it on the answering machine, lm still waiting to speak to them l think with everything that's going on in the world, surely someone can say we not open until further notice, it's not rocket science is it.

I retire soon & am so stressed been trying for weeks & weeks to get through.i listen to the messages then it hangs up says try in open hours which I have done ??? So confused .can't get an appointment ment no how

Can never get an appointment and when you do it is always going to be rearranged at a later date. Staff are not well versed in the situations they are giving advice for. I forgot her name but she actually said to me thanks i have learnt a lot from you today. Very disappointed a waste of time you would get more valuable information from Google. If you want to know what you already know and get patronised book yourself an appointment. Thanks for nothing guys.

Citizen advice bureau in dudley, via dudley council. What a joke contacted them with a ho using issue, they weren't able to advise me on nothing, then they wanted me to do things I've already done. When advised them I had already done that, they didn't want to know advisor was very rude, and kept constantly repeating herself. I ask for legal advice they told me they don't give legal advise or has anyone that does. I find that very hard to believe..absolutely useless.

The CAB bureau in Halesowen has been closed. As it was local to the area . Rang the dudley office but was put on a waiting queue with music played . Which continued for almost an hours . With recorded message being repeated regularly. Most irratating as I wanted to speak with a advisor who is human so I could book a visit . The service is not fit for purpose and doesn't meet the needs of the people. I have never been so irrated and frustered with the serviceAnd you are advised not to just turn up as you will not be seen . Very poor services which fails the dire needs of people.

I’ve decided to write a review to help others like me who want to use their service as I needed their service and couldn’t find any information online and saw many peoples questions which weren’t answered. The CAB office is currently closed, they are providing their service over the phone.

Rang twice, two days on the trot. On the blower for 20 minutes or more.....no response. Must be serving the regulars who seem to have plenty of time on there hands. Needs to be shook up and re-organised.
