I’m not one to leave negative reviews like this but what a poor experience I had with this agency. I was left waiting 2 weeks to see what was happening with an application. After being provisionally accepted after chasing up with the letting agents multiple times and being ignored on a few occasions nearly 2 weeks later the letting agent said the landlord had changed his mind because he wanted to let the property to a family member instead and blamed it on affordability as my earnings are a lot lower than usual as I am currently on maternity leave. If affordability was an issue I would have rather been told straight away rather than strung along for two weeks meaning I could have been looking for other properties during that time. I work in a similar industry and never would I dream of treating prospective customers in this manner it’s disgusting sort it out! If you’re looking to let a property I would look elsewhere.

I've used PLM lettings for years but have recently used their sales dept for my apt sale. Kirk and Alison have been great. Shame the same could not have been the case for my chosen lawyer! I should have listened to PLM. PLM pushed, chased and made the sale complete - well done guys and thanks for getting this over the line.

It’s been a delight to deal with PLM. I bought my new house and sold my old house with them. I’ve also rented properties from them for many years previously. Marilena, Kirk, Alison and all the staff in the office are all really helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use PLM again.
