I had my Shihtzu booked in today, the staff were really friendly and professional. The groom was spot on and exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be happier. Excellent value for money too. I'll definitely be booking in again!

Last time my dog came here the groomer cut his ear and she said my dog caught it with his paw! Totally made up! The visit before that, the groomer caught his private bits and made it sore for nearly a week. Basically my dog will never come back to this place again! I only came here because it's cheaper but it's not worth it if she keeps injuring my dog, I'd rather pay more for a better service!

First time we've used this lady was excellent with our frenchie. He wasn't sure at first but eventually got on with it.Helena and the staff are all first class.
