Opening event was disappointing it was unorganised, lots of waiting around, after 30 mins of waiting told to join another wait list for an hour to speak to the skincare specialist obviously didn’t want to wait another hour so didn’t get what I went to the event for. Wanted to buy obagi products and told the obagi rep didn’t have any with her. Since the event have had numerous emails, calls, voicemails and a WhatsApp message asking if there is anything I need - have requested Obagi price list every single time yet weeks later still haven’t received? The hospital is amazing but the poor service is a major let down

This was an amazing experience from start to finish !! The drive up to the stunning venue was amazing… squirrels running around the beautiful setting. I was greeted at the the door and shown into a very elegant reception area which was so calming and smelt amazing. I was so chilled and relaxed already. I was given a cosy blanket on the treatment bed which was a very nice touch. I was talked through the procedure every step and the therapist spoke so gently and soothing. The relaxing music and water sounds added to a lovely experience. I felt so special . I have recommended this to my friend as everyone deserves such a positive experience. Thank you to all the staff. The building and atmosphere is a credit to you all.

I recently visited for a hydrafacial and was immediately impressed by the beautiful building and location. I was met by friendly staff that settled me into a very grand reception room. I was then introduced to Amy who lead me through a corridor to an immaculately clean room set for various procedures. Although it was a medical setting the lighting was set in a calming way along with peaceful music.The hydrafacial was explained through each stage and I left with thorough aftercare instructions.Overall I would highly recommend for friendly, professional staff and a wonderful hydrafacial. I will return for certain.
