All I can say is that the staff in this post office as always so friendly and willing to help out, from my passport application a few months ago and today - where they helped me send out loads of parcels. It saddens me to read all of these negative reviews? They are a great team and I always use them, even though Ashley Road Post office is closer to where I live, I would rather drive further and use this one because they are so helpful. Less hate, more love people!!!

Use this branch for my drop & go and have had nothing but brilliant service from all the staff. Always pleasant and helpful. The other comments on this site with regards to parcel pick up has nothing to do with the Post Office Counters I use. Different departments. Cannot speak highly enough of this place and have never had an problems. Happy New Year to them.

Worst post office I have ever been to, rude staff refusing to carry out basic services that every single other post office provides - for what reason baffles me! Avoid and go elsewhere!

Utterly useless. Their opening hours are so short I can't imagine anything but the old dears being able to use this post office. I thought the closing at 3pm was just a covid thing but to my disbelief it still shuts at 3pm. When they are open they are so slow, only have one counter open and often don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Use the post office in the co-op on Alder road, excellent service and they are open more than 2 hours a week.

This is the worst post office around the area.They don't accept parcels with postage generated online. Why? This is your job! You're a post office and you're paid to accept parcels and you get paid for processing them!The guy (refused to give his name) is full of himself and arrogant.Why work there if you don't do your job, argue with the customer and refuse to provide service you're contracted for?Why franchise this place to someone who doesn't do or like to do his job?Had to make complaint about them.

I read the reviews before using the branch, as it's such mixed one, I thought I would give it a go. Also because another branch that had great reviews but mess up the passport application so it's better to see it myself. I have used this branch twice now. One to renew my daughter's passport, another to obtain international driving permit. BOTH times I had great services, the member of staff were polite and helpful. Also, they were really efficient, in and out, no drama. Totally recommended.

Really poor service,collect parcel hours only morning hours untill lunch time, been 1 day thursday that work till 7 pm but unfortunately poor management remove that day as well. People usually during the week go to work so they don't have time to collect in morning hours. For redelivery need to wait more than a week. Management neet to take more action about this.

Poor customer service - don’t drop your parcels here as it is time consuming and confusing - it tells you to drop parcels in lhs kiosk but another sign tells you to queue in the middle. If you mistakenly don’t the staff are very offish.

The reviews are confusing people as the bad ones showing are for the Parkstone Delivery Office parcel side on the right, not for the actual Post Office, where staff are exemplary. Wish people writing on here would make that clear. Yes the delivery office isn't great, but the actual staff in the Post Office are always so helpful and kind.
