Triovet Veterinary Practice

Just had my first visit for my cat's boosters. Triovet is the cheapest, which when you are on a budget is a bonus. However, I asked if they would cut her front claws (for convenience, I can do this myself) My previous vet did this as a matter of course at no charge. Triovet did not tell me there was a charge. If they had I would have declined. When I paid for the boosters, I was charged an unexpected £18 which was a shock. I budget £26 to feed myself per week and I have just spent £18 of it on the cats claws, which I didn't know I was going to be charged. The cat has plenty of food but I will be on toast for a week. Very disappointing first visit and the vet didn't check her eyes, ears or teeth, which my previous vet always did as part of the booster. I am out of pocket and I don't know if my cat is healthy. Not always the best option to go for price if the service isn't there. Beware.

My 16 year old cat Molly collapsed and I called the vets who booked Molly in to be seen, Molly sadly needed to be put to sleep, the staff were all very caring and understanding of my needs as well as Mollys, who I held while she passed. as heart broken as I am to say goodbye, the nurses were very sensitive and kind.

Amazing vets have used a few times over the past 5 years when needing emergency care. Have gone above and beyond for my boys. Thank you

Took in my little man for an op (Hernia and castration). Considering he's a senior dog and only small, I was concerned about him going under anaesthesia and the risks of the op. The vet was incredible at explaining everything and making me feel at ease with it all, and every member of staff were absolutely fantastic through the whole process. I cannot thank Triovet enough for looking after Harley and helping him to enjoy the rest of his little life with us!

We contacted triovet last night at 11.30 after our dog ate something he shouldn’t, not only did they go above and beyond to get him the care he needed urgently they reassured us he was going to be ok and gave him the care he needed overnight. When they called today with an update we were also asked how our other dog was making sure he hadn’t been poorly too! After a bad experience at another vet group I cannot fault the staff for not only routine appointments but also for emergencies thank you so much!

Helpful and efficient. The reception team always seem very busy, but they are providing a very effective and well priced service to chatteris.

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and efficient. Yogi is very anxious at the vet but they gained his trust and kept him calm. The bill was good value considering how much treatment he had. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their pet.

We take all our little ones to Triovets and couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. Our dogs absolutely love them and one of my girls gets so excited whenever we take her! The staff are kind and we always feel reassured by them even if it’s just speaking on the phone to them.They are a tad pricey but for the service and the fact they’re independently run I think it’s worth it.
