Wythall Taekwon Do

I've been attending this club now for nearly 10 years and I've loved every single second of it. I've gone from being a shy 11 year old who really lacked confidence to someone who has the confidence to go out into the world and that's largely due to this club and the fantastic tuition I've received over the years. I've had the opportunity to rise through the grades, take part in demonstrations and tournaments and even teach others - but I've also just relaxed and enjoyed having fun doing something I love. I've made a whole lot of friends too!Not only has this club made a massive impact on my life, it has also changed my brother's life too. Like me he was shy and had very little confidence. The first time he came along with me he didn't want to do anything except go home...now he is well on his way to black belt and he loves every second.This club isn't a club that forces you into competing or doing more than you want to/should. Its a club that lets you choose your pace. It requires a degree of dedication - as any martial art does - but its up to you how much you put in. The instructors are brilliant and knowledgeable, and the club members are all fantastic. You'll never feel out of place.At a great club like this one, learning taekwondo is an amazing experience. Taekwondo keeps you fit and active. It pushes you to achieve without forcing you to go too far. It gives you a chance to let off steam, have fun and compete against others. It reaches you respect and courtesy and to have faith in yourself and others. Taekwondo is a way of life that lets you define yourself. No matter how young or old you are taekwondo always has something to offer. And take it from me, it's definitely worth a try!

My son attends Wythall TKD and absolutely loves it. Personally I do Kung Fu somewhere else and have something to compare to....Wythall TKD is hugely popular with a number of large classes covering all ages groups and technical levels. With popularity comes a huge responsibility for great one-to-one coaching which Mr Heath and the team excel at. Leadership and coaching starts at the top and is also delivered by the younger 'high grades' who all coach excellently.My boy is not just learning a martial art but also greater levels of respect and commitment. Highly recommended!!

Joined some time ago and have never looked back. It has improved my self confidence and general fitness. The lessons are well thought out and present just the right level of challenge. Overall a great way to keep fit and gain a measure of self protection.

Great family run outfit. After 6 lessons my daughters confidence has greatly increased. She finds it fun and can't wait for the next lesson each week. Looking forward to her first grading. Good for fitness too.
