Can't post without giving a star sadly.Took my Macbook in on a Monday I had emailed before this, I have an issue with my hard drive that is physical and they claim to be Mac specialists so I gave them a shot. Was told there would be a charge of £20 if there was no fix which was fine, The Website says about knowing the importance of our tech so says 3-4 days, Thursday and Friday passed, heard nothing even though they said they would call in a few days, Saturday came and went and still nothing so I contacted them the following Monday in case my number had been taken down wrong. My diagnosis was the one that I told them in the email and again in-store and both times told me they could swap the hard drive which I declined twice as I can do that and that isn't what I asked for, I asked if the hard drive could be fixed. They charged me to do naff all, they put my macbook to one side and did nothing as it was how I left it when I gave it to them. Useless, Gave me nothing to say I handed my Macbook in which just seems dodgy so happy I got it back. They had taken my details down correctly except for the spelling of my last name even though I spelled that out there and then they just didn't bother ringing so got charged for them to baby sit my Mac for a week, Thanks. There are much better people to go to. The guy on the phone when I rang was pleasant so that's why this review isn't explicit.

Absolutely amazing! Was struggling with my macbook, couldn’t do anything with it , and they managed to fix it ASAP! Would definitely recommend 5 star fast and reliable service !

Diagnosed and fixed an old iMac of mine which had stopped working. Installed a new SSD and the latest OS, it’s like having a new iMac now! Well worth the money spent to repair than upgrade, will get a few more years out of this. Thought the price was very reasonable and overall really pleased with the service. Would recommend. Fantastic service would highly recommend! 5-star customer service!I had a problem with my laptop battery about 10 months ago and found AU computers through reviews on here. I took it in, and they fitted a new battery at a very good price. A few weeks ago, the battery stopped working and expanded in its case (through no fault of anyone’s, just one of those things that can happen). I took it back to them, they immediately said to leave it with them, that they would repair and replace it and that it was all under guarantee. I didn’t have to say anything. A few days later they phoned to say they had fixed it (as they had to send away for a new battery) and that it was ready to collect. I’ve just picked it up and it’s working perfectly.Thanks very much, great job and I certainly can’t rate them highly enough!

I do not advise the service from this place, I paid for them to repair my laptop, they made diagnosis and they changed the SSD hard drive and they should return my old SSD hard drive, but they returned Wong one of 512MB, and mine was 750MB so do not trust them.Take care about you money.

My laptop went to blue screen (can be fatal) but they managed to save all my data and photos, replace hard drive, my laptop is like new now, works great, all data saved, these guys are the best! Highly recommend

Repaired my laptop for a reasonable price. Asked if they could do so ASAP due to work and got it done in two days ( Thankfully had the partn in)

I telephoned the store and then brought in my laptop for repair, the following day I received a telephone call to say the laptop had been dismantled, cleaned and the connections checked to fully working order. I was very pleased to have a working computer within 1 day, at a reasonable cost. The staff were friendly, helpful and clearly very competent. I am a female customer, who is by no means an expert on computers, but not an idiot either; there was no condescending attitude, which was refreshing. Thank you very much for such excellent service.

Very price efficient, really explained things very well and I'm reassured if I have any issues I can go back anytime. I'm very impressed!
