What else can I say about Gareth other than he's awesome. He always does his best to fit me into his schedule, and is hyperaware of what knots & kinks need to be kneaded out of my body. He's happy to chat or just let you relax & will also help guide you through the process as well as provide advice on how to avoid any injuries etc. I will continue to book in with him regularly.

I've always been anxious about the idea of going to a sports therapist because I had no idea what to expect. When I arrived, Gareth made me feel welcome straight away and already that anxiety just disappeared. Extremely friendly and relaxed atmosphere and Gareth talked me through everything as he was doing it so I also learned quite a bit in his company. All round great experience and he did amazing work on my back and legs. I can't recommend him enough, will definitely be making regular visits.

It was my first time having treatment from Gareth and he immediately put me at ease! He is down to earth, polite and very knowledgeable about sports massage! I have a combat sport related injury in my arm at the moment and he worked on the area for me and it feels 10x better already! Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend!

This was my first sports massage session with Gareth. He arrived at mine promptly with all his own kit.Consulted with me again on the issues I had discussed previously, and talked me through the process for the massage.Worked on the issues with my Sciatica and also found tension knots in my shoulder that I hadn't even noticed.Very good sports and deep tissue, and relieved the sciatic nerve tension.Will definitely use Gareth again.

Gareth iss super reassuring and friendly. He managed to fit me in fairly last minute to help with an issue I've been ignoring for a few weeks and found all the knots in my arm I never knew existed.Would absolutely come back and recommend.
