I visited the store today and was served by a lovely lady called husnaa. She was very helpful and friendly. Honestly amazing service!

Good place for buying medicine and mackup reasonable price

Terrible customer service received from Janice. I went up to the till greater her and didn’t get a reaction from her. She snatched the basket of me and started banging my items around in an angry manner. I was so speechless by her behaviour she didn’t even look at me the whole time just waited for me to pay without announcing the price. I do remember her from the past because I have received the same treatment from her, thinking she had a bad day I just let it go. She needs to check her attitude or get a new job. Disgusting

The store manager (Elizabeth) was extremely helpful with a query I had on Saturday. She took the time to help and went above and beyond. Very impressed with her customer care!

It a great place to work and shop

I wish i could give 0 stars. I was served by the rudest and most unhelpful lady called Haajra. As soon as i had given my items i informed the lady i had a discount. She told me she had already scanned the items and couldnt add it now. I said why? I have just given you the item. She just looked at me and didnt say a word. So upset with how rude and unhelpful she was

Cashier was really rude to me!! I asked to help when I log in my email I couldt delet it she rolled her eyes she was so nervous?!

This store had very bad customer service, the worst service in my 30 years which is why I’m writing a review to warn others about using click and collect here. I ordered a perfume on click and collect and received an email that said it was collected when I hadn’t. The next day I went in to collect the parcel thinking that the email was sent in error and they said it wasn’t in the back and that I had collected it. I explained that I hadn’t collected this and this must be a mistake. I left and returned 30 minutes later thinking they’d have found the parcel in the back but they didn’t. The store manager was very rude with me at first, very aggressive shouting at me and showing me the parcel was collected on their tracking device. Customers were looking and it was shameful! I kept calm and explained again that no I had not collected it and another member of staff said to me “are you sure no one collected it for you?” I said no again and that there is only me who knew about my order and has access to my emails. This was gaslighting at this point.I wasn't believed by the staff and was instead felt embarrassed and small in front of customers and the staff. I asked if they'd look into it there and check cameras then and they didn't. Another assistant said they'd not just give a parcel away they'd need the number and name so now I'm thinking is this fraud/how would someone have my details? Or was it staff that gave the parcel incorrectly or did staff take it or is it still in the back somewhere? Another staff laughed when the manager said do you want to check for another pair of eyes. The manager was shouting at first but then could maybe see I was getting a bit upset so then told me to contact customer services which I did and received a refund. This is only because the customer services online told them to check the CCTV and what a surprise, they didn’t see me being handed the parcel! I am extremely unhappy, and I would have taken this to the Police if this wasn’t refunded to prove my point. I won't use this store again for the principle and have never had a worse experience using click and collect before. I also have worked in customer service for many years in the past and would never dream of speaking to a customer like they did. Also, they do not check ID so obviously this could’ve gone to anyone who had my order number and name (again this would only be staff and me)I think it was extreme amounts of efforts and half a day wasted to just prove I didn't collect this parcel by using the web chat, writing this review and going into the store twice.

Great shop.staff really polite and friendly

Customer service was appalling from Michelle C on tills. I came in with some stuff from boots, which a worker clearly saw, now when I'm paying for my stuff at tills Michelle proceeds to question me which is fair so I simply say that your worker has seen me come in the shop with them she then insists me showing a receipt. Anyways moving on she then scans my stuff through with attitude rolling her eyes then when I say I have a superdrug card and I'm a student she then asks to see the card and I say oh my emails is not loading so can I write it in instead, she then proceeds to raise her voice at me saying this is the last time you can do this it takes too long to keep writing in emails (there was no line) .
