Robert Ashman is without doubt one the best practitioner's of Iyengar yoga teaching in Cambridge. Sarah and I have both been attending for a good while now and highly recommend the classes for all standards from beginner to teacher. Inspiring classes in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

I have been attending Robert’s classes for over 2 years now. During this time I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall posture and sense of well-being. Robert has an excellent teaching approach with a particular attention to detail, guiding students through each poses with demonstrations and verbal guidance. Highly recommended.
