Sunley Hotel
The hotel is clean and nice, room was clean and nice. The bed was horrendous to sleep in it was rock hard and so uncomfortable and we got 1 pillow each which was also horrible and hard. The hotel needs air con as hot and stuffy and our fan in the room didn’t work. It was loud outside from quite early but reception staff were lovely and no complaints at all, just get new mattresses and pillows

Check in staff could of been more helpful. Rooms could be cleaner, temperature of room is uncontrolable, shower pressure is low but probably to save water , the hair and shower gel they provide is pleasant, beds are hard, I mattress topper or even an extra pillow wouldn't go a miss. Breakfast is good value for Money. They keep the milk chilled which is a be touch.

We stayed for one night in this hotel.The room, on 4th floor was hot. There was a fan in the room so presumably they already knew about the temperature, there is no AC and the window would open slightly only so not good ventilation.The room was spacious with ample space and good facilities such as iron and blow dryer and clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet as well.The glasses were dirty with stains on one of them. I had to go to reception to change it (I didn’t call).They had only provided towel for 1 person and the room was booked for 2. The shower gel was in a liquid soap container placed on the tap. The toilet was wheelchair accessible which could be a plus, but not suitable for us as my partner had to bend to shave, not easy!It is located on university campus and there is no grocery store nearby.

Toilet flush broken in first room but we were switched immediately to another room. Too warm in the room so had to sleep with window open which was noisy in the morning as the bus stop was right outside. Room spotless, well equipped and breakfast excellent although there might be congestion if too many guests arrive at the same time. My bad hips didn't do well on the mattress but that's my problem and not the hotels fault.

Rooms clean and pleasant, clean carpet, The ensuite very clean with good shower, if you always wash your hair ok but otherwise you'll get your hair wet as there's only the high waterfall shower head. This weekend, 24th/25th June, so extremely hot in the room all night, no aircon mid 30s. We requested if we could have a fan. A good tall one was put immediately into our room, which helped a little. So an especial thank you to the helpful cheerful chap on reception Saturday evening. Great help yourself & plentiful Continental breakfast included, pastries, croissants, assorted little packs of jams and butter and spread,Yogurts, bread / toast with cereals in small packs. Cheese sliced and fresh ham. Teas coffees, Cappuccino. Fresh jugs and cartons of milk. Fruit juice. Fresh fruits. I may have left something out. Thank you very much appreciated. WiFi supplied. Good TV. Hot drinks & biscuits with milk ( extra can be had at the main reception) and a kettle in room. Comfortable bed nice big towels. Ironing board and iron, hairdryer, extra pillows. Bedside light. Room light was really good. Lifts to rooms. Yes I'd certainly use this hotel again but over a cooler weekend. Free secure car parking.

The hotel is very new and modern, as well as being in a lovely location. The man at reception was helpful and friendly. Bit disappointed by the rooms as there was only one shower towel between 2 of us - wouldn't class this as 4 star.

Modern building located on the University campus.Comfortable, clean and warm with decent beds.Room with double bed and x 1 breakfast costs £95Breakfast is served a short distance across a courtyard.Breakfast serving times are between 8 and 10 am which I find quite late as most people wanting to stay for work purposes would need to be gone by then.If you need to leave before 8 no Breakfast to go option is available.

Good price, rooms clean and tidy, location is not good, becouse is on university area, no parking for visitors
