Staff are friendly and helpful even though they must be under staffed for the amount of customers, deliveroo orders and products they have to manage but far too many products of the same thing for a convienance store. Self service takes CASH and CARD and is excellent but if you need an age restricted product you're best to go to the counter to pay.

It's a convenience store. It's as simple as that. Some prices will be a bit higher than in the supermarket. Staff seem fine but you don't exactly need to interact with them as it has self checkout tills. Also sells fresh bread instead of the spongy not very nice pre packed bread from companies like Warburtons

Don't order from here through 3rd party delivery like UberEats or Deliveroo..Almost every time I order I get something missing. It takes 5 seconds to match the receipt to the items picked. It's unacceptable.

Went to store this morning at 9am.I work as a Nurse for Worcester Hospital.The staff were absolutely. absolutely lovely so friendly and lots of food.I live round the corner and will continue to use this store.Lovely lovely staffHonestly can't thank them enough after a nightshift seeing your friendly faces was so nice.

What an awful customer service I had as an autistic person.No one manning the tills when all the self service was full, the most disinterested lacking in humanity staff I could ever have came to me, ignored my greeting of good morning gave no greeting back and talking into her ear piece the entire time whilst I struggled to pack my shopping.After dropping my item a second time did she finally pipe up with any kind of offering of assistance.If these are the kind of people that Sainsbury are going to hire, I suggest they make all checkouts a self checkout completely as these kind of people are really not into the job.

Convenient when walking through town and you need to get something from the shop. Has quite a lot of stock. Self scans and a kiosk available.Not really much parking around if you wanted to drive there unless you park on the main road and walk over or park around the back roads.

Tidy little Sainsburys. Decent range for such a small shop. Especially the alcohol. The sandwich meal deal could do with beefing up a bit. Otherwise pretty decent.

Items are slightly more expensive due to it being a Local Convenience Store, but the quality still remains as high as their normal Supermarket Stores & the Customer Service is great as well. All in all, a great little store with all the bear essentials you may need.

Amazing little shop.Always have what we need.Very friendly staff, always accommodating.There is a car park, cash machine and they open until 11pm!
