We used J E Baring to sell both our flat and purchase our house and both times were very impressed with their services. We bought a property in 2017, with J E Baring acting on behalf of seller. The seller left the property full of rubbish, matresses, and waste. This was a breach of contract and we had to pay for removal. When our solicitor raised the issue with J E Baring they couldn't care less, and did not contact the seller despite repeated requests. I will be actively advising others to avoid this company.

I recently used JE Baring to buy my first house and was recommended to them through my dad. Jack and Emily were so patient and understanding as we had quite a complicated chain. The emails and communication was so prompt and always answered on the same day. They were always on hand to answer any questions if I needed anything explaining. Nothing was too much trouble.
