Excellent receptionists especially Azra, Linda, Victoria and Louis in view of a very difficult job they are so helpful and cheerful a pleasure to deal with,and the doctors are also very professional. It's not easy to get an appointment the same as other surgeries but at least people are dealt with with respect Shoebury Health centre well done.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years and I can only say good things. I have always found the ladies on reception to be extremely helpful especially Pippa who always goes over and beyond.Dr Palacin is a very caring and empathetic GP who always puts his patients first. I cannot praise this surgery enough.Due to a change in circumstances I have moved away to Wiltshire so I have to leave the surgery and I hope that my new surgery as patient focused as Shoebury Health Centre.Thank you all for you care over the years.Karen

Such good service from all reception staff. Polite and pleasant when reporting for appointments and anytime help is needed, nothing is too much trouble. Going to the doctors isn't so bad thanks to them!

We have been patients at Shoeburyness Health Centre for many many years from reception to Doctor Palacin and Doctor Guyler and the nurses have all been super we cannot fault them for their care and kindness when you most need it. We would really dislike having to change at any time. Thank you to all at the health centre for your care.

Iv lost count the amount of times iv been on hold for 20+ minutes and first in the queue, and then just been hung up on. Really bad service.

This has been my GP Surgery for many years now I have found them to be one of the best, always go that extra mile for you. All the doctors and staff are friendly and easy to get on with. I've moved out the area and lucky I can still keep them as I wouldn't want to change my surgery for anywhere else.

I cannot thank Dr Palacin's surgery team enough. Through the years they have helped myself and my family through so much and without question have supported and advised me on all aspects of my families complicated health matters. The staff go above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough. I count myself lucky and fortunate to belong to their surgery.

Thank you to the Team at Dr Palacins Surgery. Reception advised to take a face to face appointment and had me booked in same day. Thanks to Dr Chidi for sending me to A&E after an assessment. Again, very thankful for your services.
