3 hours after being told someone would be here within the hour, no one turns up. Multiple calls to the company who just repeat that they will give me a call buck but never do.

What a superb facility this is! Visited as I wanted to fit a higher quality Euro lock to a new front door and staff there were welcoming and so knowledgeable. Don’t bother going anywhere else for anything lock or trophy related, support your local specialists. You won’t get better service.

Absolutely first class customer care. I wanted to get a pendant engraved with a personal message . I didn't think they would be able to do it, i thought it would be to difficult. After a bit of adjustment the lady in the shop did it for me. She did a fantastic job , really pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.

Had to get some keys cut this afternoon, very friendly service and smiles! The two dogs were my favourite part :-). I will recommend to everyone. Thanks again.

Absolutely brilliant, took my e-bike in after losing the keys to the battery compartment and they opened it within minutes. Great service, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We took in an old fashioned lock to see if it could be repaired, and the staff here were straight on the job. Their skill and patience was unsurpassed. Can not recommend this place highly enough, absolutely outstanding service, and thank you for repairing our lock rather than making us buy a new one. Superb.

Went in for an engraving on my trophy which was was engraved with a huge error and they failed to tell me of their mistake!I was told my engraving on a trophy could be done same day for £14 and would called once completed... They did not call me. I had to call them 30 mins before the store closed to confirm if the engraving was complete. They then confirmed it was completed and I should come collect.When I arrived, the owner briefly showed me the trophy without advising on the error that had been performed and swiftly put it back into the box. It was not until i got home and took a detailed look at the trophy did i see the mistake...It is not the error per say that has made me unsatisfied, its the lack of transparency and ownership of the error caused. To top it off they ended up charging me £15 (£1 more than agreed + the the mistake they had caused!). Personally I wouldn't return to an establishment like this, its a pity as I came here to support local business instead of going to a chain like Timpsons.

After looking at reviews decided that this was the locksmith I needed. Straight in, sorted out my requirements for a fair price. As a newcomer to Northampton I highly recommend this shop and their customer service
