Had a Bra fitting with Grace she was fantastic and helped find the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. I bought 2 in store and have since bought 2 more online. will not get a bra anywhere else in future!

The customer service was mixed, approached a woman (Heena) as I entered to ask for a fitting and she radioed her colleague to cover her while she helped me, the other woman took a while to come over and was walking very slowly looking pretty miserable. The fitting with Heena was okay, she was nice. Went to Ann Summers after and was shocked at how different it was would recommend going there instead if you want 5 star customer service and a more in depth fitting!

Just wanted to leave a review for the two lovely ladies working on the tills today, I am 31 weeks pregnant and popped in with my sister-in-law, being very pregnant, swollen and feeling somewhat unattractive in a very beautiful, sexy shop the ladies made me feel at ease and did nothing but compliment me! Thank you for making my days ladies, I'll be back when the baby's weight is off ❤️..Also the shop is stunning with some absolutely beautiful bits, you don't think you could spend hours surrounded by lingerie, knickers and bras but you truly can when they are that stunning! Absolutely recommend, the staff really know their stuff, the shop is well stocked and very clean.

Customer service from a blonde manager was absolutely appalling, definitely not how you speak to customers who are wanting a friendly approach and a good service. If i could give 0 stars I would, definitely will not be going back.
