Have to say l am absolutely thrilled at the service l have received yesterday when l came in to purchase a new car after mine had been written off in an accident this week. The car was serviced and valeted and ready for me to pick up the following day. We have shopped with Eric Stead for many years and have always received a good service, but they went above and beyond on this occasion.

We're so pleased we chose to visit Eric Stead dealership to order our new car. We've used many dealerships in the past and none have provided the level of service we got from Chris Grace. He was brilliant from start to finish. From getting to the showroom to having our car ordered and handover date set took less than an hour. He's a genuine, sound bloke. Definitely won't be going anywhere else in future.

Thanks to all at Eric Steads especially Simon for taking us through the process of ordering and collecting our new MG HS Trophy. After a test drive we ordered the car in August and was told delivery was three months wait for new, and three months later received a phone call to say it was in the showroom. Simon explained everything from start to finish. It was the best deal after gathering info from six MG dealers. On pick up we were given a run down of all the features by Simon and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new car plus the seven year warranty.Terry and Sue

Absolutely first class customer experience at Eric Stead MG. Our contact was Simon who was not only extremely professional in his demeanor but also very affable. My wife pointed out that a car buying and selling process had never been explained and carried out in such a reassuring, informative and efficient way. He was very succinct with the multitude of details associated with the signing up to a new car experience. His manner of explaining finance options, vehicle features and service plans did much to allay any fears and doubts that can manifest in an unfamiliar situation and process.

I had excellent service today from Eric Stead MG. My car had a few niggles which were sorted out under warranty, including a software update.The car was returned working as it should and had been washed and hoovered as well!Particular thanks to Andy who explained the work that had been done, and blinded the car to my phone app very quickly.

Buying a new car can be a horrendous experience but not at Eric Stead in Sheffield. Daniel was friendly and professional and never made us feel any of our questions were silly or pointless! At no point did we feel pressured to buy, more we felt supported in reaching our decision about what model would suit us best.Our car was ready for us in super quick time and Daniel spent a lot of time going through the particular features and functions of the car so we felt comfortable when we drove away.Thank you, great service which we cannot recommend highly enough!
