Printed Lanyards blurry, I asked for a proof and sample - neither received and printed with a spelling mistake, granted this was made by our designer but a company that prints these things day in and day out should check and shouldn't send 100s out blurry. In any event, I have blurred lanyards that you can't make the large logo out despite being sent vector files. Absolutely zero resolution offered to rectify the blur or the spelling not even a discount. Awful company.Update: Legal action threatened, despite putting an accurate and reflective review on here. I approved artwork that wasn't blurry, and as per my review accepted the spelling mistake was not something they wrote but that they should, in their professional role ensure their work is sent without errors, after all it's their reputation. I asked for some support towards another order or discount - all I have been offered is to use points from their loyalty scheme - points I have earned through spending, not a gesture for their shoddy work - this is the supposed discount" they detail below. Cleary why they have only good reviews
